“Perfect Hotel 5*”
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in September and honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The location was perfect, with shops and the beach just a short walk away, as well as a lovely swimming pool. The food was excellent, and every member of staff made us feel so welcome. The reception team were very polite and helpful, and the kitchen staff were absolutely lovely and made us feel right at home. Everything was excellent from start to finish — definitely a 10/10 experience! A huge thank you to all the staff and everyone who works at the hotel for making our stay so special and making me feel truly at home. We would be very happy to return! ❤️

“Durres is lovely but don't stay here !”
AMH stands for Albanian Management & Hospitality. Well,I can tell you that management was abysmal and hospitality non-existent. We had to change rooms as soon as soon as we got there because I would not put my dog in the original room we were allocated. After almost an hour passed while reception tried to avoid the situation and hoped we would relent. We persisted and were eventually given a better room which was still nowhere near 4 star more 2! The staff on reception and in the bar were surly,unhelpful and sometimes downright rude. We only had breakfast and dinner at the hotel (we had booked half board) twice as the food was awful. The hotel is desperately in need of renovation and the staff need either retraining or sacking!

“AMH hotel review”
Location is very good. Hotel is good 3star. Little more effort by management and head chef can push it to 4 star. Stayed 7 days with family all inclusive. Beds perfect also pillows great wife. Rooms kept clean pool is nice good size.. Food is ok but dull no change always the same needs creativity by the chef. Drinks basic. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Also good gym.

The hotel was basic and the food was barely edible. Sometimes it wasn't even labeled so you had to guess what was in the ban marie. There was no entertainment . On the whole I was very disappointed, I would not recommend this hotel.
