“Clean hotel with good location but lack of service quality and breakfast issues”
We stayed as a couple for one week in low season. The hotel is very clean and well maintained and the beach area is also clean with included sunbeds. The location is convenient, about 10–15 minutes walk to the bus stop. The beds were comfortable, and housekeeping staff were very friendly and attentive. However, there were significant issues with service and communication. Pre-arrival communication was poor, and basic requests such as a birthday stay were handled in a disappointing and unhelpful way. Reception did not proactively provide basic information like breakfast times. Breakfast was the weakest point: often cold, repetitive, and not fresh, with limited variety and poor temperature control despite feedback. Overall service in the restaurant was inconsistent and not proactive. Guests were rarely greeted, and table service was often lacking. Disposable cups at breakfast also felt below standard for a 4-star hotel. Some room amenities were missing and had to be requested. Overall, the hotel is very clean and offers good value in low season, but due to service and breakfast issues, we would not return.

“Disappointing”
The service was absolutely horrible , the first room l was put in there was no place to keep your shower gel in the bathroom and the tv was not working complained about this the first day and the staff ignored it. Next day changed into a way better room. The breakfast ridiculous they will give you one piece of paper to choose from and the staff is racist, very unpleasant stay wouldn't recommend at all.
