Your money is secured in a trust account
Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
We're ATOL protected
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806
We're ABTA registered
As proud ABTA members we deliver the highest standards when it comes to our holidays. So if you book with us you’re guaranteed the best service. Our ABTA number is P8283, Y6720.

Extras like baggage, seat upgrades, and other add-ons can be arranged directly on your airline’s website - you’ll pay the airline, not us. You can usually add these when booking your package, but if not, or if you’d prefer to add them later, most carriers offer a Manage My Booking section for this. You’ll just need your airline reference, which you can find in the Flights section of your holiday documents.

If you need to cancel your holiday, the quickest way is via WhatsApp +4474 4147 2693 or our Online Chat (Mon - Sun, 10am - 5:45pm). Our team can explain the current supplier charges.
A £75 cancellation fee applies per booking, in addition to any airline or accommodation fees.
We recommend checking in online to save time and avoid extra airport fees. You can add baggage, pick seats, and get your boarding passes - usually between 24 and 2 hours before your flight. Don’t forget your return flight too!

You can make changes to your booking - just check your service provider’s (hotel, airline, transfer, etc.) terms first.
To request an amendment, contact us via WhatsApp +4474 4147 2693, Chat or complete our online contact form. A £50 amendment fee applies per booking, plus any fees from the provider.
You can request any of the amendments listed > HERE < at no extra cost. Please allow up to 72 hours for them to be processed.
