best apartments in PR by a mile,we go every year in a groups of 20+ and have the best time ever! balconys to die for, great pool area and just so handy for the commercial centre!
recommend the pub with steve and kim and also harbour lights beside the marina,if you go up to the the europa centre try the yid bar(xtreemz),cheeky man but good fun!

Excellent winter break in Puerto Rico!
We loved this hotel, the location is great, not too far from the shops, bars, restaurants and the beach.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The apartment we had was very clean, comfortable and had everything you need for a self catering holiday.
The terrace/balcony was fantastic, a great size and furnished with table, chairs and 2 sunloungers, great if you are after a lazy day in the sun!
The pool bar offered a good range of food at a decent price and our boys loved the table tennis and air hockey too!
We have already recommended the Terrazamar and plan to return ourselves in the near future.

Puertu Rico a great family holiday destination
As a family we could not have asked for more. Everything you needed to do and see were easily accessable. The staff friendly and very helpful especially at the reception. The weather and the stunning views fanstastic . We are seriously considering going back again - but we do like to experience other destinations. Its a definate holiday place to go. Happy Holidays.

great holiday in gran canaria
stayed first two weeks in august in puerto rico defo go back although they werent kidding when they said there is a alot of steps omg the steps anyways didnt spoil the holiday went to aqualand which was bril and did the jeep safari which incuded palmos park lunch and camel ride well worth the money stayed at the trezzamar sunsuites which was gorge balconies are really big and the apartments are very clean and the staff are very friendly. thomas cooke staff were amazing also although we arent a family who would join in activites I can honestly say the TC staff really earn their salary and the same can be said for the rep your spolit for choice when eating out for the night but you do get hassle alot from locals wanting you to eat in their restaurant but we found that the darker are tan got the more they left us alone we ate most nites at the San miguel restaurant you might have to quene but well worth the wait food was gorge and great value for money. The only fault i could say would be the flight times are not great to and from belfast,

averagr family holiday
good value but I was glad that I didnt need use of forth pull out bed mattress was torn and not clean I would not have let my family sleep on it, lucky there was only 3 of us. Paid for breakfast one morning and all the food was semi warm or cold waste of money and the dinning room was empty so think others felt the same.

We had 2 fans in the room, was realy warm, proper aircon is needed, thats the only problem. Great location, clean pool, great staff and great location to the centre. Walk to the beach is a walk, but a nice walk. Taxis are cheap so dont worry about the prices. Great food.

I must have a higher expectancy of what a 4T hotel/apartment should offer as I was extremely disappointed!
The apartments are well overdue a make over as tiles in the bathroom were either missing or mouldy and we had a whole family of cochroaches appear in the kitchen!
The doors bang shut extremely loudly and we had extremely ignorant neighbours who didn't seem to care that it was 5am in the morning and other families were sleeping!
The entertainment around the pool was embarrassing, Thomas Cook should check their staff's education as although you didn't want to take part in the general knowledge quizzes, this was forced upon you via the microphone. They couldn't pronounce simple words and the scouse girl was incomprehensible!
The hotel staff clearly look after their own, as one Sunday a whole Spanish family arrived around the pool and blatantly tool any parasol they wanted, even if it was in use! They laughted amongst themselves about this which I found very intimidating!
The only thing I would agree with is the balconies, these are an exceptional size and ideal for a family night, unfortunately you do get flying rats (pigeons) perching all the time in the hope of some food!
The very last complaint I have is the cheek of the Thomas Cook rep, not once did we use his assistance, however he left a questionnaire in our apartment asking us to rate him 'excellent'!!
I will visit Puerto Rico again, however I will stay in the Marina or Morasol Suites.
