Iberostar Ciudad Blanca
Iberostar Ciudad Blanca is a beachfront hotel looking out towards the wide bay of Alcudia in northern Majorca. The hotel is made up of five modern buildings that are set in gardens and directly face the beach. Inside, the public areas are airy and bright. Playa de Alcudia has several kilometres of white sand that runs down to the Balearic Sea, with views across to Menorca. The hotel is within walking distance of a bustling high street and the centre of the resort town of Puerto de Alcudia. At the hotel, there are two pools surrounded by a sun terrace that looks out onto the beach. A pool bar serves soft drinks, tea, coffee and local alcoholic drinks. If you don't fancy going to the restaurant for lunch, you can enjoy snacks from the pool bar. On Playa de Alcudia you'll find the hotel's own beach restaurant. To help you unwind, there's a menu of massage treatments available to book during your stay. Both Iberostar Ciudad Blanca and Playa de Alcudia are family-friendly. The hotel's outdoor area has a kids' pool complete with water slides, and there's a playground in the gardens. There's also a playroom inside the hotel. The hotel runs a kids' club and a teens' club, so all ages are kept entertained. Playa de Alcudia has been awarded a Blue Flag and has a kids' play area, as well as activities for adults. If you'd like to take a stroll, the boardwalk alongside the beach will take you into the resort of Puerto de Alcudia.
The popular tourist area of Avenida Pedro Mas Y Reus is 50m from the hotel. In this bustling street, you'll find shops and plenty of cafes and restaurants. The main resort is Puerto de Alcudia, which is 2km from the hotel. The marina here is a stopping point for cruise ships, so there's lots to see. You can enjoy a seafood platter on the waterfront or stay for an evening in the bars. The resort also has a water park and a golf course. The old town of Alcudia is within walking distance of Puerto de Alcudia. In this historic area, you can shop at the open-air market or wander through the winding cobbled streets to find local restaurants and boutiques. The Cap de Formentor peninsula is found along the coast from the hotel and is the most northerly point on Majorca. You can go on a day trip to hike wooded trails or take in the sea views.
You can enjoy breakfast in the hotel's main buffet restaurant, dinner and lunch at the buffet restaurant at the beach. Water, soft drinks and local beer and wine are served with lunch and dinner. The hotel also have a a la carte restaurant at the beach, a pool bar that offers drinks, salad and other lighter dishes and a show bar where you can enjoy entertainment in the evenings.
At Iberostar Ciudad Blanca, you can relax with a game of pool or table tennis or play volleyball. In the evenings, there's regular entertainment in the bar.
