Balcova Thermal Hotel is located 5 km from Levent marina, 7 km from a rocky beach, 8 km from Goztepe port, 12 km from Izmir city center, and 1 km from the shopping center. The nearest airport is Izmir Airport which is 25 km away from the accommodation.
Facilities and services include restaurant, bar, swimming pool, parking, wireless internet access, gym/fitness center (reservation required), sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room, spa treatments (extra charge), bathrobe usage (extra charge), tennis courts (reservation required) (extra charge), meeting room, conference/banquet facilities, safe box, massage (extra charge), laundry service (extra charge) and 24-hour reception.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Approval of the Provincial Health Directorate; It has been determined by the analyses and structures that the Thermal Spa Waters in our hotel do not cause any negative effects for children in terms of health. Based on this, the thermal pools are open to all our customers over 3 years old. The required information request document is as follows.

Service is provided between 09:00 and 19:00. The use of the communal pool is free of charge for our Hotel Guests. We have 8 Thermal Pools, indoor and outdoor, in different sizes and in the region. (The depth of our pools is 1.40 cm)
Towels, slippers, and bonnets for pool use are provided in our center, there are locker rooms and lockers.

**Please note that the thermal water service flowing in the rooms has been canceled, and only the main water is used.**

**As a result of a general malfunction in the hotel, the heating systems are not currently active until further notice.**
