“Fantastic Family Break”

The hotel was really great for children, lots going on, the food was ok with plenty of choice we never went hungry. The bar had a good selection of drinks, the childrens club and entertainment team brilliant and kept little ones entertained. Evening entertainment shows good too The pool was good alrhough chilly And water slides so much fun The hotel room was great 2 bed apartment although a little dated but was clean, beds changed as well as towels. Plastic cups for outside area at euro deposit which got back at end of stay, also towels 15 euro deposit which got back could change as often as needed. The hotel good location 10min walk to beach, also bus stop right outside hotel 2 euro per person into Benidorm centre. The only downfall was lift we on 20th floor, lifts slow and only held 3 people so family of five took us ages to get to ground level. Would defo recommend this hotel, we where skeptical about going with bead reviews but so so glad we did. Will definitely be going back

“AVOID THIS HOTEL”

I am currently here on holiday, I’m absolutely disappointed with my whole experience here. The buffet food is not so good, not expecting much to be honest anyways, my beds haven’t been changed and there’s not been any cleaning done just changing the toilet rolls and making the beds and bins. since I came, I know that because there is some black marks on my bed, the cleaners walked in my room before knocking and demanding to clean the room, I said we are sleeping. The full hotel is chaos people can just walk into the hotel and they wouldn’t know who is a guest and who isn’t, I’ve seen it happen. Not much security at the night time especially when entertainment is on, people getting absolutely drunk and fights breaking out in front of kids and men full of blood in the lobby and blood on the floor, kids crying and adults crying. I think the only good thing about the hotel itself is the pool and the entertainment at night time. The soft play is absolutely terrible also. I will not be coming back here that’s for sure and also the balcony’s are not child proof. ❌AVOID❌

“The good and the bad.”

I’ve stayed here once before, and I have loved every single second. There are so many good points, and like everywhere, some bad. - Food was great. It was last year. There was always something for everyone, however, some bits were very repetitive; it did feel as though it was the same old over and over sometimes. However, there were different themed nights, which added a bit of variety. - Staff were friendly, attentive, and just all round bubbly. Never had a single issue with the staff, they all were fantastic. - I have never known a hotel to be so clean in my entire life. The cleaners were straight in the toilets the moment you were finished. They smelt amazing, looked amazing, and I’m surprised the pattern is still on the floor it was mopped that many times in the space of a day. - Pool was fantastic. Clean, huge, but my word was it cold! - We tried the spa, and it was to say the very least, ok. It had a hot tub, steam room and sauna. Wouldn’t be too fussed if I didn’t do it again. - The slides was sadly a no for me. I was made to stand on a set of scales at the top, which is the most mortifying thing in the world. To be turned around then and told that I’m too heavy is the most degrading thing in the world. That was one of my only complaints. - Names spirits in all the bars, which were mostly served in the evening as a pose to the day, but that was a nice touch. - Cups were an annoyance. Having to pay for one, then exchange it at the bar everytime I wanted a drink was annoying. - The lifts are a nightmare. Only one working in our tower for the entire week (tower 2), and we were on the 16th floor. Think I’ll give it a swirve for a few years now, but rest assured, I’ll be back. Will always have a place in my heart this hotel ❤️

“Amazing experience, great value for money.”

Check in was very smooth. Reception area very clean and smells good, fresh, we met Viorica one of the cleaning ladies and she was very lovely and welcoming, ready to help when asked something . Food is delicious and varied and plenty of it .Christina was very hard working along side others in the restaurant. Location is brilliant, very close to a nice small beach where we did snorkelling and we saw a variety of fish. Children really enjoyed this experience. Atmosphere is very lively at the hotel and staff at the bar and restaurant very friendly and welcoming . Value for money is brilliant. Rooms could do with some improvements and the elevators as well but we were pleased with it even so. We will definitely recommend to others your place. We definitely recommend the all inclusive package. Thank you.

“Pool and water slides good / FOOD shocking!!”

We flew out on the 19th oct and spent days days at magic tropical splash. The pool and water sldes are fantastic. The maids kept the room room nice and clean daily with fresh towels The entertainment at night could have been better and went on too late for kids so imo was quite poor the worst part of it all had to be the food.. between the snack bar anf dinner time the overall selections got repitive. The food was always look warm and it lead to some of us being food poisoned / gastroenteritis... we found baked beans to be spoiled tastying sour and bacon looking green and again sour.. over all id say I took a stomach bag a few days into our 10 day holiday and towards the end resulting with me getting gastroenteritis.. I had fever cold sweats and aces and pains all over. On the facebook group every says the food is good no1s mentioned it being cold /look warm but it most certainly was i never had a meal that was roasting hot.. 10 days was abit too much for us and im sure 7 days at most would have been perfect visit. Not sure if they do self catering but that would be my preferred choice next time if we went back.. after coming home I found the food poisoning gastroenteritis has been mentioned lots more on this trip advisor site so im just making people aware Another thing to note is the bathrooms appear to have a drainage sewage problem were the bathrooms stink. You can also hear when upper floors flush the toilet it travels down and you can hear this with the ventilation which results in bathroom reeking! Again people have spoke about it this the Facebook group the cleaning maids pour bleach to help mask it temporarily. Some rooms appart to not get the issue but theres alot of reports on all 4 towers in many rooms of it happening.
