“Good value out of the town”
Clean and smart hotel. Good value but getting into town is a pain, either a slow bus or expensive taxi. Points lost for trying to charge 15 euros for "free" parking, when it could easily be made clear where you can or cant park. Also the room AC failed to cool the room below 26 degrees after 6 hours, even though it was set to 23.

“All in all 100 % satisfaction”
I stayed in hotel B&B for a week and even if its billed as a 2 star hotel the staff here are all above 5 star, the hotel is spotless clean and tidy, there is on-line check in and the receptionist are friendly and helpful especially the bi-lingual Italian lady, she is a credit to her company, always a smile and ready to help, would recommend hotel B&B to everyone and will definitely return next year!

“Perfect”
So, it is far away from beach and the benidorm strip. About €25 taxi back at night. That is the only down point. Very clean and modern rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Not too big either and free parking. Very handy for shops and food places. There is a large supermarket attached to the hotel and McDs, Burger King and Taco Bell on the doorstep For the price it is perfect. It is about about 10min walk down to the beach at Finestrat and lots of bars and shops there also.

“Awful B&B worst one we have stayed in”
We have stayed in many B&B hotels in Spain ,Portugal and France. This is by far the worst one. For a hotel just over a year old it is awful. Rooms are small and too hot and you can only open the window a little and air con goes off then . Receptionist came to our room and could only say she was sorry the main air con machine doesn't let it go cool .Many people have complained about this hotel and it's lack of air con..we asked if they had a fan and the receptionist said no they don't have them. The room was 30 degrees when we walked in and 3 hours later it is only one degree cooler. Check out booking.com.lots of unhappy customers . From when the hotel opened just over a year ago the same complaints over and over again . Hotel not signposted well enough Air con not working Window only open a little and then air con goes off. Only one thing pillow each Many people have complained of dirty rooms Poor cleaning It's really letting the hotel chain down .We stayed in B&B Madrid in Summer ,had a great stay ,large room ,air con was brilliant .
