“Basic experience”

We stayed at the hotel for six days to go cycling. I’m not sure we felt we got good value for money. We stayed in a suite, but the suites are sparsely furnished, so you’re basically just paying for the extra space. Bicycles are stored in a shared room in the garage. The hotel does not provide bike pumps or locks for guests to borrow. We were actually called and asked to come to reception because a bike lock had gone missing. After breakfast, following our training session, we asked if we could take a coffee back to our room. This was not allowed because we had already eaten. We only wanted a coffee in a takeaway cup, but this was not permitted. It was a little frustrating, especially after noticing throughout the week that other guests were taking bags full of fruit with them… The beds are very hard. We even wondered if the mattress toppers were missing, as you could feel the springs. On the positive side, the spa and gym facilities are excellent, and the breakfast was very good. The staff preparing the food were also very friendly and welcoming. We will probably choose a different cycling hotel next time.

“OK - no hurry back here”

Stayed there recently for a cycling week. Could do more with how polite/friendly they are to customers. Laundry we had an issue with - Cycling Wash supposed to take 24 hrs took 48 hrs and 17 euros. they didn't us there was a laundry around the corner for half the price. Other than that it was only OK

“Calpe spain”

This is a pleasant hotel with some unusual features. The staff are pleasant but it appears some of the house keeping are light fingered. Some of our clothes disappeared,also some of. My next door neighbours articles lso went missing. We were part of the marty party week which was enjoyable. Despite over 500 Irish attendiñg no Irish tricolour was shown outside the hotel. The lifts nearly drove me to drink! One had to wave ones hands over a keypad and told a,b,cor d. There was no indicccation above on where a lift was located.l bought cards stamped. The hotel coul not post them! Breakfast was good but dinner was not. I will not be back

“AR Diamante Review”

Highly recommend AR Diamante hotel. This was my second stay for an organised dance holiday. The hotel is welcoming, comfortable and clean. There was one very grumpy member of staff in the restaurant staff, but we didn't allow her to spoil our stay!
