Great stay

We stayed here from 10/3 - 14/3 2023, B&B, as part of a big group. When we arrived, we were told our rooms wouldn't be ready till approx. 2pm but we could store our luggage in the luggage room, which was ok with us. Had a great stay, room was spacious, good facilities within the room, great views from balcony, bathroom was spacious with walk in shower. TV had a few english channels available. Good range of choice for breakfast (hot or cold options, fruit, tea, coffee, juices etc) Ideally located for the strip Staff were friendly as well. This was our first stay at this hotel and won't be the last!! The only couple of issues were: the 2 chairs in the room (715) could have been reupholstered as they were worn/torn. The aircon - We had this on, but couldn't feel any cool air coming from it so was warm for a couple of the nights.

We visited the Riudor at the beginning of March for a 4 night stay. This was our first time in Benidorm and our first stay at a Medplaya hotel. First impressions.. the hotel is lovely from the outside freshly painted, modern and bright. When you walk into the reception the smell is absolutely gorgeous - so clean and fresh. The receptionist gave us such a warm welcome. He explained that our room wasn't ready until after 2pm showed us a safe place to store our case and directed us to the bar and restaurant area. So friendly and efficient. The bar area is lovely. Nice and bright with sliding doors onto the decking area overlooking the pool. Perfect for sitting in the sunshine. Drinks were great. We were all inclusive so we could basically have what we wanted - San Miguel, John Smiths and Strongbow on draught and plenty of local and branded spirits. The local gin and tonic was very nice. The restaurant was such a welcome surprise. We have been to many all inclusive hotels this wasn't the largest restaurant we have been to but every dish was excellent. Definitely a case of quality over quantity. We actually ate every meal at the hotel as the food was so good. The freshly cooked meats (especially the lamb shanks) were excellent. Our room was up on the 7th floor overlooking the black chicken. Once the balcony doors were closed it was quiet. The soundproofing is brilliant !! The room itself was newly decorated with a comfy bed, fridge, safe and large TV (with UK channels available) The bathroom was lovely - all brand new with a walk in shower. Toiletries were of a high standard with complimentary Dove shampoo and bodywash. Entertainment at the hotel was great with singers, quizzes and karaoke each night - we really enjoyed it. Finally, the staff.. they were so kind, friendly and attentive. Every one of them seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs at the hotel and all went out of their way to say hello when we saw them. The location of the hotel is central - ideal for bars restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach. What can I say other than we loved this hotel. Everything ticked the boxes for us...so much so, that I have just booked to return for 5 nights in November. Hotel Riudor we look forward to seeing you all again soon x

Stayed here 5 nights 13/2/23 lovely hotel, rooms plenty big enough for 2, fridge, tv, walk in shower tea coffee nice balcony over looked valentines club no noise.staff friendly always a welcome in the restaurant and there was such a variety of food at meal times if someone could not find something they liked they should go s/c there are microwaves if you like it hotter but I found it all ok from the porridge at breakfast to the soups ,all very hygienic and clean, I can’t comment on entertainment because there is such a variety just outside the door we did not stay in hotel after dinner,I have tried a lot of hotels and apartments in Benidorm and others may have little faults I can’t find one with the riudor.
