“Mid week bresk”

“Lovely quiet hotel”

Location was easy to navigate from the airport. Hotel was situated on a main road but a quiet area. No road noise at all from inside the hotel. Beautifully clean hotel, fantastic reception. Room was ready early for us, quiet ac, kettle, coffee etc although never replenished! Rooms cleaned every day and fresh towels should you need them. Food was a slight let down really. While breakfast was great, hot and cold choices, 2 coffee machines, juice, water, cava etc, dinner was a disappointment. Hot food choice was very small. Usually fish, pork, beef cheek etc and vegetarian options. Very small containers. 1 type of bread, salads and 1 cake with custard or crumble every night. Lots of fruit so you would never go hungry I suppose. Hot food was never hot as situated by the door to the outside patio. Only 1 microwave. Very small hotel, quiet and personal. Brilliant staff, very friendly, helpful, excellent English, always looking to help, ask if you need drinks etc. Never a need to worry about a sunbed, always plenty. Pool area tired but clean. No entertainment so lots of early nights. Couple of bars over the road.

“Comfy beds - That's about it...”

WE LOOKED AT REVIEWS ON HERE AND THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A GOOD PLACE TO STAY. DONT BE FOOLED... PLEASE READ. Pros (Not many) Great location, not as 'Touristy'. Fresh clean modern rooms Comfy bed Cons * The food - We stayed for Half Board. All 'HOT' food is bearly warm and that includes the scrambled eggs in the morning. Though there is a microwave for children's food you could use to heat your meal I guess. * The fry up was awful - both my sister and I had to spit out our bacon it was that bad. We are not food snobs and usually eat anything! * For supper, poor choice of hot foods and again, ice cold 'hot' foods. If you like southern fried chicken and wedges you'd be fine, but don't fancy eating that all week. * Food is awful, yet they chose to have a social media photo shoot of the food during breakfast and blocked the way to even get food half of the time, making guests feel uncomfortable when trying to get their breakfast that they had paid for, for ruining their social media pictures... suggest taking photos of the food half hour before it is served to the guest... It's cold anyway, What's the harm in leaving it longer. * Windows have no sound proofing, if you are in a room near the road or bottle bin, you will be woken up. * Pictures of hotel pool on website are taken at very best angle. Pool is very small and ice cold. Also the little round shallow pool was sitting empty our entire stay, which looked dirty and un-done. Location distance to places: * To get to the main Alicante strip you would have to get an 18 min bus / 12 mins Uber WOULD NOT COME BACK

“Fab 5days!!! Loved it”

Had an amazing 5 days staying here Good location 10min bus ride from alicante center and around 25 min from airport in taxi. We had a lovey room with a little side sea view. Clean towels everday and cleaned room. Its not a big hotel and it feel very friendly and like family. Not high floors either and there is a lift. Bus stop to town just cross the road and down a bit. 1.30 €each way. Alicante is amazing we loved it- pleanty to do and to enjoy! A great city. Would recommend to all ages. Not far from beach just down the lane. Not the best beach as its a bit black but down the road about 15min there is an amzing beach in san juan. We also had bikes in package was soo handy to get around. Loved this!!! Save time and saved us time. Pleanty of bara tapas food places nearby with in 10min on bike. Check google maps- it will become your best friend in locating. One of the cleaniest hotel ive been to in ages. Rooms was a bit compacked but had everything you needed with mini fridge which was handy. There are about 2/3 shops down the road and a bigger one around 10 min walk.mercodona worth a visit. All staff were so nice. Lovely drinks at bar. And great service. Food - breakfast was great lovely. Dinner- was ok not a lot of options. If you want it fresh get down early! If i came again id just have breakfast. B&B Pool area nice and clean very relaxing Nice food of the menu. I would deffo come again was lovely location even though we went into center every day it was nice to come back to less noise and hussle and bussle and just relax.

“Great hotel”

Absolutely fantastic stay! Hotel Boutique Calas de Alicante exceeded my expectations. The hotel has a lovely, relaxing atmosphere, everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The location was good ( bus over the road) .The whole experience felt personal and well cared for, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Beautiful breakfast and enjoyed sea view from my room. Small beach around 300m from hotel. I would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Alicante. A wonderful boutique hotel and an easy 10/10!
