“Great place to stay & relax while in San Sebastian”
Great, great place to stay! We found this hotel to be great spot to relax in San Sebastian. Thank you! Employees: everyone was so nice and helpful. Noteworthy include: Susana, Andrea, Cristina, Jordi, David. Rooftop Bar: Incredible views and we were lucky to see fireworks during our stay. Lovely place to unwind from a busy day. Staff here was wonderful. Rooms: Super clean and comfortable beds - what more would you want? Housekeeping team was great. Access: Loved the ease of walking to San Sebastian from the hotel, too. Just a few minutes walk to restaurants, shops, and more. Loved that “secret elevator”.

“First time in San Sebastian”
This is a lovely hotel just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the sea front but still within an easy walk and a lift to ground level. We had room on the fourth floor with a balcony which had plenty of room and the bed was very comfortable. The reception staff were really helpful and friendly the food was good though we had room only so not breakfast. The bar on the terrace had lovely views over the city and again the staff were amazing. Only minor gripes were that the pool area didn’t open until 10am and the terrace not until mid day but still a lovely stay.

“Fab Hotel”
Second time coming here and the staff here are fantastic especially Mbark who always brings a smile to everyone’s faces at breakfast. He can’t help enough. Rooms are good, the breakfasts are great. Parking charges seem steep but anywhere in the city is expensive. Only annoyance this time was that there was a wedding on and you couldn’t use the bar terrace all afternoon. And then there was no spaces by the pool to chill with a drink. To me the bar terrace is the best part about the hotel. The views are the best of any European hotel.

“Perfect Stay for Semana Grande”
Great hotel and excellent value for money. The location is perfect—an easy walk to the beach and the centre, but just far enough away from the noise to enjoy some peace and quiet. I stayed during Semana Grande and had an amazing view of the fireworks from the hotel, which made the experience even more special. A fantastic base for exploring San Sebastián, and I would happily stay here again.

“Great location and amazing views”
A quality hotel with amazing roof pool and bar . The rooms were ideal but it’s the rooftop bar and pool which have gorgeous views, helpful staff and always room on the sunbeds/ bar sofas. Staff at reception were extremely helpful and efficient. Lift down to main part of town very useful saving a lot of staff. 5 mins from main beach. 15 from old town.
