“Totally OK”
It's not beatuiful. I suppose some people might call it "modern", "sleek" or "contemporary". For us, it was a very ugly building, all concrete, glass and aluminium, hard angles and hard floors. But - the service level was great and we had a very good night's sleep; the bed was enormous and everything was very fresh and clean. The weather was terrible when we arrived, after a gruelling day on the motorway, and since it's Spain and it was the afternoon, of course everything was closed and there was not a bite to eat and we were tired and ravenous. That's when the man in the (empty) restaurant magically rustled up a nice, warm tortilla for us, even though the kitchen was closed. There is a good garage under the building and the location was probably also good, although we did not see anything because of the rain. The breakfast was alright, but the service in the breakfast room could have been better - they seated us very uncomfortably and they made a terrible racket collecting dishes on a metal trolley in the midst of people eating. In a first class hotel, that is not what you do while the guests are trying to enjoy their breakfast.

“An average hotel.”
Definitely not a 4 star hotel having just stayed in one in Barcelona. Cons-minimal basic amenities one would expect like lotion, let alone robes. No welcome bottle of water or one to purchase. Not even containers of water in lobby. Spotty Wi-Fi that kept dropping. Weird tiny pillows. Room would be noisy but we kept air/fan on. Pros-Feels new with modern vibe. Nice walk in shower. Clean. Nice towels. Comfy bed, except for tiny soft pillows. Friendly receptionist who checked us in 2 hrs early. We only stayed 1 nite as we left next morning for 5 day bike tour thru Basque country. Bike company actually booked room as part of package. Happy we're staying in different 4 star upon return for few days that's closer to seaside and historical area.

“A Very Pleasant Surprise”
The hotel was a very pleasant surprise. As soon as you walk in, you are welcomed by a lovely, fresh scent and friendly staff at reception. We had a room on the third floor. The bathroom was quite small, but very clean, and the room itself was pleasant, with a large window facing a relatively quiet street. The room also smelled lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were excellent. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh food being brought out and replenished regularly. The coffee, however, could definitely be improved – unfortunately, that is not something they can be proud of. We also received slippers at reception, which was a nice touch. Parking is available in the hotel garage for an additional charge. As we had a rental car, we parked in a nearby garage, which was considerably cheaper. The hotel is only a few hundred metres from the seafront and the promenade, which is another big advantage. I definitely recommend this hotel. If I return to San Sebastián, this is without a doubt the hotel I would choose again.

“Excellent choice for our first stay in San Sebastian!”
The hotel is very well located, close to a beautiful beach and just a 30-minute walk along the waterfront to the Old Town. There is also a bus that takes you there in just 5–10 minutes. We had a very comfortable and spacious room with a lovely patio. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Free parking on the nearby streets.

“Pleasant stay close to the beach”
We stayed here for two nights, and overall enjoyed our stay. The location is close to the beach and you can either walk along the front for 25-30 mins to get into the Old Town or have the reception call a taxi that comes very quickly, you're also very close to the Mount Igueldo funicular (10 minute walk). The rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel staff were all friendly. We also enjoyed a nice meal in the hotel restaurant/bar. Only complaint would be that when we arrived, originally having been informed check-in was from 2pm, only one of our rooms was ready and we had to wait 90 minutes until 3:30pm for the second room to be ready for us which meant we had all our bags in one room and couldn't really relax after arriving from our journey.
