“elements missing for 5* hotel”
not agreeable reception lady at arrival and dirty and sticky floor at restaurant are not worthy of 5* hotel elements, bad working registration of website with double payment consequently and not easy recovery of money. Price quality is too high, although location is perfect, rooms are ok, except leakage in shower! Common spaces have good ambiance and decoration are very modern and tasteful, but rooms and bathrooms are too dark including mirror light not working! Noise level is ok, sometimes airco disturbing and it is too cold along restaurant windows.

“Great spot to stay in Ponte Delgada”
Great choice for 4 nights in Ponte Delgada and visiting the west side of the island. Lovely view of the harbor from our room, the breakfast and dinner restaurant and the rooftop bar. Was fun to join the locals swimming in the marina near the hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great value!

“Wonderful stay, would 100% recommend”
Loved everything about this hotel! All of the staff extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our entire visit. All were authentically, friendly too, didn’t feel like they were putting on a show. Just the exception of one of the bellboys who wasn’t super friendly and a bit snippy with us when we politely asked for something, but otherwise everyone was wonderful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Big towels, lots of different pillow choices, it’s been a bit firm, but didn’t matter after not activity during the day. I probably could’ve slept ! The buffet is 10 out of 10. Fabulous! I’m not station tons of warm food, lots of pastries, huge selection of cheeses, meats, different types of granola smoked salmon, tons of fruit. It was amazing. Loved that this hotel was on the outskirts of the main town, but when I say outskirts honestly only about a three minute walk away all the busyness and it was completely worth it. Walking distance to a restaurant that we went to that was our favourite restaurant from the entire visit, Michel Restaurant. Turned down so at night, which gave you peanuts and snacks every single day including delicious cookies. Didn’t have to buy water ever they were always providing water bottles. You’re also able to get beach towels and water bottles from the front desk. Highly recommend! 5 stars!

“Convenient & Comfortable”
We had a wonderful 4 nights stay at this hotel. Staff made us feel welcome when we arrived. Everyone was pleasant, warm and always ready to assist. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well maintained. There is a small balcony with a nice view of the marina. We had breakfasts and a dinner at the restaurant. Food and service were excellent. The hotel is within walking distance to shops and restaurants in town. They have turn down service. The rooftop pool is also nice. Check in/out process was quick and easy. It's a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Ponta Delgada.

“Depend which night you are staying”
Great hotel if you are staying sun to thurs nights. Do not stay here on a Fri or sat night. Great room, staff and food. Good location about a 10min walk into town. But on a fri and sat night the casino (which is In the same building but the hotel said it was not managed by them) has a live band playing from 10pm until the early hours. We arrived on a sat , tired from our journey and we did not sleep due to the noise (and we both use earplugs!).
