Lazure Hotel and Marina

This luxury hotel offers 24 rooms and suites set in a 18th-century historical building of the Lazaret and decorated with modern rustic-style offering courtyard or sea views. 104 rooms and suites are located in the new Contemporary building opened in September 2021. Lazure hotel complex now has in total 128 units.

“Perfect”

Everything was outstanding, the staff was super friendly and helpful the security, people at the front, the waiters where all excellent and the price when we went this October was extraordinary aswell

“Brilliant stay”

Just a fabulous stay here. The apartment was beautiful. The indoor and outdoor pools are beautiful. The breakfast and the restaurant food are really good. The service from all the staff is top notch. Highly recommend.

“5 star excellence”

Where do I start, this hotel has all your hopes and wishes anticipated before you even arrive with their exceptional pre visit communication to understand your exacting needs, the speed of response communication, customer care is just simply outstanding. The hotel and grounds are Authentic and beautiful with age of character and charm preserved everywhere. We opted for superior sea view, with a spacious covered balcony we managed to enjoy our view no matter the weather. Breakfast is exceptional, I was given a personal tour by the supervisor to ensure my best experience to help me navigate food intolerance and everywhere is clearly signposted for ease. Rosemarine was a delight, we ate their twice once on the terrace and inside the restaurant, exceptional quality dining, attention to your needs and dietary requirements, the waiter even pulled up a small table for my handbag. Cocktails at the bar were fabulous at night and at the beach by day, just perfect. The rain joined us for our stay and concierge helped organise car rental literally within an hour we had a quote, price and meeting rendevouz for a 6 seater car. We travelled to Perast by taxi and as we had the concierge chat the hotel organised our return transfer with ease, no waiting for taxis or unpredictable costs, hotel took care of everything we needed with no delays. Hotel Conte Restaurant is fabulous, our 2nd dining experience. We dined at Sabia and Tapasake at the nearby One&Only Portonovi and enjoyed the harbour including a day at Porto dining at Furzo and a wonderful evening in the Old Town of Kotor, so much to see and explore. The harbour promenade walk to Herceg Novi from the hotel is lovely. Hotel Spa facilities excellent. Definitely recommend this hotel and despite the passport checkpoints post Dubrovnik airports its not too much issue. Thank you to all the staff for ensuring our comfortable and excellent time and experience, you really do offer it all ☆☆☆☆☆

“Awful experience”

This was an absolutely terrible experience, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking this hotel. The facilities were poorly maintained, the staff were unhelpful, and the overall experience was nowhere near worth the money we paid. One particularly shocking example of the poor maintenance was the curtain rail, which fell straight off the wall because it was being held up by just one bolt. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about how well the hotel maintains its rooms and facilities. Even more concerning, one of my friends had a gun pulled on him and was backed into a corner during our experience. This was an extremely serious and frightening incident that made the whole stay far more distressing than it should ever have been. The last thing anyone expects when staying at a hotel is for a friend to find themselves in such a dangerous situation. The unhelpful staff only added to our frustration. For the amount of money charged, I expected a much better standard of maintenance, service, and overall experience. Instead, we were left deeply disappointed. Overall, this hotel was absolutely not worth the money. Between the poorly maintained facilities, the lack of helpful service, and the frightening incident involving my friend, this was an experience I would not want to repeat. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I certainly would not choose to stay here again.

“Stunning Hotel”

We have just spent a fantastic week in this beautiful hotel. The hotel and surrounding area is stunning and spotless. You definitely feel like you're in a 5 star hotel. The rooms are beautiful, clean and look brand new. The spaces around the hotel are meticulously maintained and are beautiful. The staff are wonderfully attentive, friendly and go out of their way to way to help. The beach and Marina are lovely. There was loads of sunbeds on the beach, which you use for no charge. The beach bar is good and the food there was fresh and tasty. Beach towels are provided. The sea was fresh and clear and a joy to swim in. There was no litter anywhere. The spa was amazing. A full sized swimming pool with loads of beds and seats around. There are numerous saunas, steam rooms and Jacuzzis. This was also spotless and maintained to an incredible standard. Everything felt brand new and didn't show any signs of wear. The staff here are wonderful and friendly. Towels, robes and slippers are provided. We ate in the restaurant a couple of nights, the food was delicious and well worth the price. The staff were wonderful and friendly. The restaurant is beautiful and really feels like a 5 star experience. We walked to Herceg Novi along the promenade. This was a lovely sea side walk. There were a number of bars and restaurants along here, but a number were closed as we were in October and this is out of season. Herceg Novi is full of bars and restaurants along the promenade and the Old Town is a short walk up the many steps. It took us around 25-30 minutes to walk here from the hotel. We also took a boat trip to Kotor Old Town. This is a must! The views of the mountains are mind blowing. We used Petar boats. They were brilliant and explained the history of everywhere we visited. Overall, this hotel is amazing and worth every penny. We left refreshed and relaxed and will definitely return!
