“A total nightmare! Toxic mold, feces smell, and 9 hours of humiliation with a sick child!”

If you want to ruin your vacation and risk your health, book this hotel. We were shocked to find room 405 covered in toxic black mold, with a disgusting, unbearable smell of sewage and feces. It was literally impossible to breathe there, let alone stay with children. Instead of helping us, the management showed complete cruelty. We had been awake since 3:00 AM, and they forced my family to sit in the lobby for over 9 hours, even though my youngest child had a high fever. No solutions, no alternative rooms—just total indifference to a sick child. To make it worse, the hotel then lied to our tour operator, claiming the room was «perfect». In reality, the cleaning lady just poured Domestos bleach all over the bathroom, making the chemical fumes completely toxic and impossible to breathe. We had to leave and pay for another hotel out of our own pocket. And when we came back just to get the meals we paid for, the staff turned their faces away and ignored us like we didn't exist. Absolutely toxic place and zero stars for service. Avoid it at all costs!

“Great place”

Lovely and quiet place. Great breakfast, nice rooms, friendly and helpfull staff. Loved to stay there for our vacation. 5 minute walk to the beach and resturantes. Staff helped us with booking trips and taxis, just had to text them to book a taxi back to the hotel. Never experienced such a high level of service anywhere else.

Very nice and welcoming staff.The place is very clean.I highly recommen it. Soovitan soojalt väga toredad töötajad nii administraatorid kui hommikulauas üks vanapapi..Koht on väga puhas ja hoitakse puhtusel silma peal hoolsalt. Olin üksi ja jäin väga rahule.Lisan pildi söögitoast.

“Perfect place”

Reception work is great, rooms are cozy and clean, great view through the balcony if you get one that faces the mountains, tasty food and friendly staff. Food shop nearby, and the most important thing, THE SEA AND THE BEACH, you can reach it by foot, walking downhill in 5min! One evening I drank a shot with a bartender, and suddenly he get a surprise shot of local rakia for me, that you won't find in the menu, for free!

“Our time on Casa di Sofia”

I had a great time at Casa Si Sofia . Location of the hotel is close by the beach , 5 mins walk , food was delicious every day we could choose whatever we want . I would also like to thank Vladimir who’s the waiter in the restaurant, for his amazing job that his doing ! Such a professional, always took care of every single guest , his communication gave everyone a vibe of feeling special . The only part that disappointed me in this hotel , is that the swimming pool there’s not only for hotel guests, but also for everyone else who bought a year subscription from near by houses . Sometimes there was no space for us to sit by the pool .
