The Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya All Inclusive is located 33 km from Playa del Carmen and 1 hour from the airport at Cancun.
The hotel facilities and services include: reception, shops, TV lounge, business corner, conference rooms, restaurants, bars, disco, gym, Spa (extra charge), massage (extra charge), swimming-pool, children's pool, swim-up bar, mini club, children's playground, table tennis, billiards, darts, tennis courts, entertainments programme, botanical garden, room service, laundry and parking.
The rooms are equipped with: A/C, fan, mini bar, tea/coffee maker, high-speed Internet connection, TV, telephone, safe (extra charge), whirlpool, hairdryer, iron/ironing board and balcony or terrace.

The All Inclusive-concept includes all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks) and mealtime drinks such as soft drinks, beer, wine, water and alcoholic drinks, all of local brands. Drinks are served from morning until late evening (approx until 22.-24.00 hrs). Opening times vary between different hotels. In certain hotels the activities program is also included.
