“A lovely, comfortable place to stay”

Impressive and immaculate boutique hotel in the centre of Valletta, our ensuite room was stylish, with a large comfortable bed. Only quibble was that the full length mirror was against the bedside table and too near the bed, and thus difficult to use - otherwise perfect. Superb breakfasts were taken at an adjoining AX hotel , and beautifully served by attentive staff.

“Wonderful stay”

This was our third stay at this wonderful hotel, and it won’t be our last. The location is perfect for us, right in the centre of Valletta, and all the attractions are within walking distance. The rooms and communal areas are beautifully clean and well cared for. The staff are all very helpful and attentive, with a special mention for Katho and the breakfast team, who make the stay at the hotel extra special. The breakfast offer is first class, and sitting on the outdoor terrace, being so well cared for is a perfect start to the day in Valletta. See you all again next year!

“Already Re Booked!”

Fantastic location close to many of Vallettas attractions. Our room was excellent with an extremely comfortable bed. The stand out reason to stay here is the staff. Everyone, at breakfast, concierge and the Cheeky Monkey Pub, was friendly, enthusiastic, professional and helpful. Thank you very much. We have already booked to revisit.

“Outstanding Boutique Hotel”

This is one of the loveliest hotels we've ever stayed in. The rooms are spacious, quiet and beautifully decorated. The breakfast, served at The Rosselli, (2 x doors down), is outstanding. The service there is impeccable, 5 star! Coffee pods and teabags are replenished daily. The hair-dryer, robes, toiletries, accessories and slippers provided are all good quality There's nothing they haven't thought of. The location is superb. Just step outside and restaurants abound. It's walking distance to at least 4 major attractions. I would love to stay again!

“A gem in the heart of Valetta”

Great location in the heart of Valetta city. Superb place for a AW city break. The Saint John is a lovely welcoming hotel and good value. Friendly staff, clean. Everything was within walking distance. Valetta is amazing. The history is so interesting. Every corner you turn there is something else to see. Restaurants great. Would definitely return to this hotel. Would recommend a room at back as our room looked out to the front, and bars /restaurants can be noisy quite late at night. A great find in Valetta.
