“A lovely stay let down by the final experience”

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and, overall, there were some lovely aspects to our stay. The staff were generally so lovely, friendly and welcoming, and the rooftop pool is absolutely amazing. It’s a beautiful place to relax, and having a beer or cocktail by the pool is definitely worth doing. I would, however, recommend avoiding the lunch menu, as we found the food disappointing. Breakfast was another area that could really be improved. It was very repetitive, with virtually the same choices every morning, and unfortunately the chef struggled to cook a decent poached egg. The biggest disappointment, however, was our experience when checking out. We had arranged a late checkout and paid the €40 fee the previous evening. When we checked out, the reception staff questioned whether we had paid the late checkout fee and also questioned us about payment for a bottle of water. This was handled very badly and, particularly as it was done in front of other guests, it was extremely embarrassing and uncomfortable. We had to produce proof that the €40 fee had already been paid. I found the whole situation very upsetting and, in my opinion, it was not a good way to treat guests who had just spent a considerable amount of money staying at the hotel. It was particularly disappointing because, despite the issues with the food, we had enjoyed many aspects of our stay. The lovely staff, rooftop pool and atmosphere could have left us with a very positive final impression, but the way we were treated at checkout really took away from that.

“Couple travel”

Our stay was amazing! Room was nice and clean, the atmosphere overall was fancy. Staff so gentle and polite. A thanks to manager and her staff, particularly Cindy that helped us as soon as we got there. Rooftop pool was worth it! Super recommended!

“Stylish Hotel with Excellent Rooms, but Noise and Minor Maintenance Issue”

The hotel is modern, the rooms are spacious, clean, and luxurious. The staff were welcoming and professional, making our stay comfortable from check-in to check-out. However, there were a couple of issues worth mentioning. The sink in the bathroom was clogged, which affected the overall comfort of the room and should be improved by maintenance. In addition, the rooftop club in the building opposite the hotel generates quite a lot of noise, especially in the evening and at night, making it difficult to rest, take a nap, or go to bed early. Overall, it remains a very good hotel with high-quality rooms and service, but these points slightly affected the experience, especially for light sleepers or guests expecting a fully flawless stay.

“Hell on Earth Stay”

This Trip intended for convalescent rest and healing post operative was far from a peaceful environment as building work had commenced the day before our holiday arrival and we were not pre warned about this , even though the owners / management knew and were pre informed and signs were up everywhere notifying people that the construction work was in operation from 22nd April to 25th April 2026 This loud invasive construction noise from heavy machinery was ongoing from 7am till 19.30 pm daily . I approached the management company for help / support but who were dismissive and disinterested and took no accountability at all and actually said they knew nothing about it , but signage was all over their building regarding the disruption dates etc, also the companies cleaners were going in and were witness to it all. This was 72/73 Triq Gorg Borg Olivier 11a giullani apartments stj0000 St Julian’s Bay Malta Arco collection Rather then helping my recovery it has made me ill from stress , sleep disruption and constant noise forcing me and my friends to have to leave the apartment daily for the whole day to get some peace of mind and respite from the noise. So this advertised “scenic view 2br flat “ was far from a haven and was actually a hellhole. I am well travelled and have never encountered a company as bad , rude and inconsiderate as Arco Collection.

“Love it! :)”

It was honestly such a beautiful stay. The food was really good, and the dinner in the evening was just wow. The pool area is amazing, the cocktails are so good, everything just felt easy and enjoyable. We had the best time and felt so comfortable the whole stay 🤍
