<p>Hotel Location: The Bella Vista Hotel is located in front of The Salini National Park within walking distance to the quaint Qawra Promenade and a few minutes stroll away from the Bugibba Square, with its many shops, bars, clubs, restaurants, water sports, casino, cinema, sandy & rocky beach and bus terminus. We also provide free shuttle bus service with return daily to Bugibba Square and Qawra.<br/><br/>General Information: A modern newly built four star hotel with 157 rooms. All rooms are well appointed with balcony, bathroom ensuite and most rooms have picturesque country views and pool views. Room facilities include Air Conditioning, Central heating, Satellite TV, Radio, Ceiling Fan, Hair Drier, Direct Dialing Telephone,(the following at a charge) WIFI, Safe, Frigo Bar and Tea & Coffee making facilities. The Highlands Restaurant serves an exciting choice of Mediterranean cuisine. Our Outdoor Swimming pool is serviced from the Pool Bar while the Roof Top Terrace having a swim spa with bar facilities during the summer period. The Mondrian café serves snacks throughout the day. Live music, 6 times weekly, is held at D` Tate Lounge Bar. The Hotel is also equipped with 3 conference rooms, Indoor Pool, Gym, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Massage Service, Internet Café, Internet access (Wi-Fi) and Games Room.</p>

Great visit

Had a great time with group of friends, staff friendly and helpful. Food very good. Inside pool small but great for early swim, roof top terrace great views, clean and cleaning staff always left room tidy and clean for us. Thanks to Jagdeep for great bar service. Reception staff and tour lady friendly and polite. We arrived late so missed restaurant but they offered a sandwich for our room. Would use again. Three star +

Visited the Bella Vista many times, this time has to be the worst stay ever, The food is just awful, its pasta and rice with pork or chicken pretty much every night, chicken pie which you couldn't find the chicken as it was basically pulp inside and was seasoned with curry spices, beef stew that was a curry, veg under cooked, potatoes practically raw, one of the evening reception staff is just out right rude.. the lift broke down and they wouldn't call the engineer out until the next day, meaning people with walking issues had to climb stairs.. spoke to one of the managers who would say what you wanted to hear, but nothing changed.. Considering we've stayed here many times, the standards and the attitudes towards its guests have gone down the pan, Generally the Staff are very friendly and work with what they have.. but I wont be coming back..

At the moment we are actually staying at the hotel and the Hotel staff try there best to deliver a good service most are very polite and helpful and some are just rude, the rooms are clean and tidy but the staff do not know how to make a bed properly and the barman is useless and most of the time he is tinkering on his mobile phone instead of checking to see if cups and classes need picking up from the table and glasses have been on the table I'm sitting at for two or three hours or more, this appears to be the standard with this member of staff. Food Breakfast is good with a selection of items that would please the most fussy, evening dinners though is a complete let down the chef doesn't seem to know what a dessert is as it is the same cream cake with a different flavoured topping and fruit cocktail is on every night honest he has a total lack of knowledge when it comes to desserts and need to be retrained as an amature chef could do a better job, main course is rice and pasta is the same night every night, his chicken pie was curry flavoured and I believe it was made up of the day before left overs, never will I come back with my partner having stayed here on many occasions. Have now booked our next holiday in April in an establishment that hopefully will be a vast improvement. I have left this review after having attempted to talk to the management and nothing being done other that a false attempt to please, all in all disappointing
