Facilities and services include reception desk, tour desk, Wi-Fi connection, restaurant, bar, shops, gym/fitness facilities, currency exchange service, medical assistance (extra charge), dry cleaning/laundry service (on request), a transfer service, room service, a conference room and a lounge, outdoor swimming pool, water sports, and spa facilities.

Rooms feature air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection, television with cable channels, telephone (extra charge), minibar, safe, and hairdryer, bathroom.

The All Inclusive-concept includes all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks) and mealtime drinks such as soft drinks, beer, wine, water and alcoholic drinks, all of local brands.
Drinks are served from morning until late evening (approx until 22.-24.00 hrs).
Opening times vary between different hotels.
In certain hotels the activities program is also included.
