The hotel is located in the heart of the old town centre of Venice, in the art and culture district of Dorsoduro (with the Accademia di Belle Arti and the Università Ca' Foscari), the most exclusive in the city (where VIPs from all over the world, as well as the most illustrious Venetians, have purchased houses). In a few minutes from the hotel on foot guests can reach the Basilica dei Frari, the Scuola di San Rocco, the Accademia di Belle Arti, the Rialto Bridge and even Piazza San Marco can be reached in just 15 minutes on foot.
