The rooms of Palazzo Bortolan are a tourist rental. The structure does not have a permanent Reception but we have implemented a self check-in procedure which guarantees ample time flexibility.

Seven spacious and welcoming rooms and a three-room apartment finely furnished and decorated, equipped with every comfort and technology, which develop on the top floor of a prestigious sixteenth-century historic building, with an elegant neoclassical facade, embellished with terracotta bas-reliefs attributed to Zandomeneghi, internally decorated with valuable wooden ceilings, frescoes and stuccos.

Located in the heart of Treviso, on the splendid Sile Riviera, Palazzo Bortolan has been carefully restored by one of the most prestigious names in Italian architecture, Paolo Portoghesi, who also oversaw the design of iconic furnishing elements such as sofas, lamps, fabrics, made by companies of excellence of the made in Italy such as Cassina, Guzzini and Reggiani.

The modern monumental staircase, called the Tree of Knowledge, designed by Portoghesi himself, represents the modern connecting element of all the floors of the building and of the various construction and decorative phases.

In addition to the elegant rooms, the structure is equipped with large and elegant internal common areas, comfortably air-conditioned and with a suggestive panoramic terrace available to guests for the organization of private events.

SHORT AND MEDIUM TERM LEASES:

In addition to the seven double and twin rooms, the structure has a three-room apartment with kitchenette, for short and medium-term stays, ideal for couples or professionals who prefer a traditional housing solution with the availability of the typical services of accommodation facilities.

The structure has a parking at a discounted rate located in the immediate vicinity available by reservation.
