“Amazing Resort”

stayed here for 8 nights as I was producing livestreams for a Conference and Training events down in the meeting rooms. Priska did an amzing job of making sure everything ran smoothly for us. The food supplied for both events was so delicious. The resort itself is a Magical place and the staff so happy and friendly. Swam out in the ocean every morning and watched sunrise before work. The pool was a great place to relax after finishing work. Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 to 10:30 primarily at Suku Restaurant and a second smaller option at RIN. I mainly went to RIN as it was closer to my room. Breakfast in both areas was amazing. All in all a very positive experience

“Nice pools and food and friendly staff”

Stayed there for a week on a half board basis. The pool access rooms are great and the food was very good quality from an à la carte menu. Breakfast variety was excellent. The beach is not very inviting for swimming so better get a taxi and go to Melasti or Geger beach. I would have liked an adult only pool or section for adults only.

“Nice resort and great food!”

Had a great time! Beautiful large resort and beach with excellent service. We had some specific vegetarian dietary requirements and the chefs always made a special effort for our family at breakfast and some planned dinners - especially Chef Anil and Chef Mingu who were really helpful and inventive with their dishes! Although the oceanfront deluxe room was nice, some parts of it were antiquated and the balcony was very small with no chairs. The spa and some other services were also over priced but good alternate options in the street right outside the resort.

“Great stay”

It was a great stay. Hotel ticked all of our boxes in terms of what we needed with a young family. The kids really enjoyed the kids club and also special shout out to chef Anil and his team for looking after our very specific dietary requirements!

“Perfect holiday”

Absolutely loved our week here. Stayed in a delux king pool view room on the 4th floor. The room was nice and big, large bathroom, plenty of room in the shower. Comfortable king bed and a great balcony with a settee. The view over the pools and gardens was lovely and we even had a sea view through the palms. The Hotel is clean and very well maintained, garden staff are constantly tidying the outdoors and all the staff are very helpful and polite. We used the gym, spa and ate at Soku and Eight degrees. No complaints at all and would thoroughly recommend staying here.
