Good location with easy beach access. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend staying here

Nice hotel, good location,staff were excellent, very friendly, and helpful

Staff are so welcoming and friendly which makes most of this hotel tbh. The food is ok, however, same options everyday which is a shame. The drinks menu is good but some items were not available so couldn’t comment on this. The pool is nice outside but very small and not much activities taking place which made it a little boring. Not much else to do in the hotel as it is small ( no gardens to explore, spa is good but a little expensive compared to the spas outside the hotel. Few restaurants outside and some shops to explore) Overall, its a good hotel.

Great beachside resort for very reasonable price. Received free upgrade to poolside room which was great. Internal pool is in the shade all day long. Spa very reasonable priced. Food was just average

We loved our stay at Holiday Inn Nusa Dua! The family suite was spacious, and they had added a rollaway bed for our third child. Bathrooms were very clean. Balcony with pool and sea view was fabulous - watched the sunrise a few mornings from there. Breakfast buffet was huge, with all the options you could want. The pools were great for everyone: Lots of space to swim and play and our youngest liked the kids pool with slide and bucket. Food at pool bar was delicious and good options for lunch. Kids loved the air hockey and ping pong and the hotel was safe for them to go there and play by themselves. Activities on offer were also fab: The free cycling tour to where the Waterblow is was our favourite! We hired the bikes a few times after that to head to Bali Collection and other places. Also did stone painting and aqua aerobics, great fun. Best of all were the staff though: Everyone was so friendly and helpful and really got to know you to serve you as best as possible! Huge thanks to Surya and Pap from the pool/activity desk for the great time, we loved catching up with them every day! And thanks to the lovely ladies at the breakfast check-in too! We’d def recommend the hotel to anyone going to the area!
