An excellent property in South Goa which is famed for its relaxed atmosphere. This property definitely does justice to this expectations. An old property but well maintained. Ample facilities to keep kids and adults entertained. Rooms are neat and tidy, good swimming pool with seperate areas for kids, a play area for kids is available as well. Good restaurant and bar inhouse. Several good options available in the area as well plus couple of shacks once you go out into the beach area which is accessible from within the property. Overall a very good experience.

It was an awesome experience, a fantastic evening. Initially we were sceptical as we have big doberman dogs who are not very social. But when we did reach the venue, we were welcomed warmly by the entire team. They made sure that they kept us a little away from the other dogs. We did have to be alert as there were quite a number of well behaved dogs around us. Our babies were not too happy to see many dogs in one place but they did survive the evening. I should add that we too survived the evening. Everything was well organised and every detail was taken care of. The dogs were given gourmet food, water and treats, while we managed to get a little to eat and drink ourselves, as we were fully occupied with our pets. I would like to thank Novotel and Mascots for the unique experience and we hope to look forward to many more. A special thankyou to Kelly and Nimish ,without whose coaxing and convincing efforts, we would never have attended as our dogs are not dog friendly. Thank you once again. Mrs Melody Pereira

Unforgettable moments at Novotel Dona Sylvia, we had stayed here last in Jan 2022 and now Jan 23, Our stay at Novotel Dona Sylvia Goa was scintillating and absolutely Wonderful ❤️❤️ From the check in to check out the entire staff from Breakfast Jayanta, Sabnish, Dhananjay, to Housekeeping Ibrahim, Joy, Aden and all the Guest relation’s Girls made sure my daughter PARI was made comfortable all the very time, they very highly accommodating , The General Manager Dennis and team, Hari, Gita and the entire team, ensured we had a great time, we enjoyed every single day watching the sunsets in the evening was glorious and unlike anything we have ever seen. We equally had a great time collecting the fallen coconuts from trees while walking to the beach, thereafter, enjoying the moment with the Horticulture team- Suresh, who helped us uncover the shell. The food was delicious special mention the team, who were highly co-operative letting us pack the breakfast for our kid, the buffet had variety of snacks and drinks, live music available The resort is huge with around 180 plus cottages, across lush green lawns that makes one feel close to nature, for commuting they have a very efficient Buggy(Golf Cart) system that makes the property quite accessible. The entire staff at the restaurant, reception, overall Hotel, were very courteous and prompt and made us feel at home. I would recommend my family, friend and everyone, to must visit this place, do add them to your charts. Chailtali Chavan
