Lesante Classic Luxury Hotel and Spa is in the village of Tsilivi, on Zante's north eastern coast. The hotel is steps from Tsilivi beach, a Blue Flag rated stretch of pale sand. It's also a short walk from the centre of Tsilivi, where you'll find plenty of places to eat and drink. The hotel is surrounded by a garden, and has three outdoor pools, including a shallow pool for children. If you fancy pampering yourself, there's a spa with various treatments on offer, including Massages and a sauna during the summer months. If you want to stay active on your holiday, you'll be able to work out at the hotel's gym. The snack bar is open during the day, and serves a variety of alcoholic and soft drinks as well as snacks. The hotel also has a lounge bar, which is open in the evenings. You can have a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel's main restaurant, which has outdoor seating so you'll have the opportunity to enjoy your meal in the sun. There's also an a la carte restaurant open for lunch and dinner. You can also order room service 24 hours a day, and use Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

The hotel is placed between the beach and the village. It's 100m from Tsvili beach, and 500m from the centre of Tsilivi. The resort's streets are lined with restaurants, from traditional Greek tavernas to restaurants offering a range of international dishes. There are also plenty of bars and cafÈs. If you fancy venturing further afield, Zante Town is a short drive away from Tsilivi. Here, you'll find independent shops and boutiques, ice cream parlours, restaurants and a marina filled with yachts. There are also plenty of lively clubs and bars that are open into the early hours of the morning.

The hotel's main restaurant has a range of cuisines on offer, from Greek specialities to a wide selection of international dishes. Between meals, you can get light snacks such as sandwiches, burgers and pizza, or you could treat yourself to an ice cream. There are more bars and restaurants a short walk from the hotel.

For a family day out, you could visit Tsvili's water park, where there are plenty of slides and pools for all ages.

Amazing few night stay at Lesante. We want right at the end of season and it was exactly what we needed - quiet, beautiful and perfect. my only niggle is - more water in the rooms and 3 euros a bottle of water at dinner is just not necessary. Food was amazing - breakfast was great - omelettes superb but evening buffet was amazing - super choice and so well made! would be lovely if the lesante's thought about doing free transfers between the hotels as we would have loved to try them whilst we were there.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff

Stayed here the last week of September. The first thing to note of the hotel is that it is absolutely immaculate. The hotel is beautifully kept and we never saw a scrap of rubbish or an uncollected glass. The staff are incredibly friendly. Not sure I have ever been somewhere that the staff were without exception all went the extra mile. We stayed in an executive room which was nice although perhaps a little dated. Kept immaculately clean by Irene. The restaurant is excellent and we received great service from Andreas. Plenty of choice l though I feel fussy eaters or children may struggle a little at dinner. As others have noted a short walk to the town and even shorter to the beach - which has re clearest blue sea. An extremely pleasant stay made even better by the happy smiling staff who are without exception a credit to the hotel.

A fantastic stay

I have to start by asking those people who left a negative review, why? Did you come here specifically looking for faults? Ok, I'll start with the bad. The pool had some tiles missing, thats it. I suppose if i went around looking for things I'd find them but I enjoyed every minute here. On arrival we were checked in quickly, shown around the hotel, on to our room and then our bags arrived very quickly after. The room was spotless, very spacious and cleaned daily. The cleaning staff are a credit to the hotel. The grounds are very well kept with a few groundkeepers working early morning and late evening ensuring the place is tidy. For food there is an excellent selection laid on every day both for breakfast and evening meal. I'm a vegetarian and there was something new every day and it is clearly labelled. The restaurant staff go over and above for you. A warm welcome for every meal and tables cleared very quickly. The pool was clean, well laid out and no fights for the loungers, we always found a space. Towels can be taken from the spa. Around the corner from the spa is the baby playroom. The beach is lovely. Sandy, very small waves and clear waters. Only a 100 yards or so away. We recommend visiting Barracuda bar for food and cocktails. Loungers can be hired here too. This was my first visit to Zante and won't be my last coming to this hotel. What prompted my review was how welcome every member of staff made us feel and they especially loved our young daughter. I wish I'd have taken all of their names as they are a huge credit to the place. Thank you to them all. We hope to see you again next year!
