Princess Andriana Resort & Spa is a luxury All Inclusive hotel on the south east coast of the Greek island of Rhodes. The hotel is a short stroll from Kiotari Beach, a 4km stretch of sand and shingle. If you'd like to sip a cocktail while you enjoy the view, the beach bar is steps away from the sand. There are several other places to eat and drink at the hotel, including a main restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, an a la carte restaurant and five bars, including a pool bar. The outdoor pool is surrounded by a sun deck. There's also a shallower children's pool and an indoor pool in the spa area. You'll find a sauna, a Turkish bath and a whirlpool here, and you can book a range of treatments if relaxation is on the agenda. The hotel offers evening entertainment such as quizzes and Greek theme nights. There's a mini market on site where you can pick up holiday essentials or, if you'd like to explore the surrounding area, you can take a short stroll to the local centre where there are a few shops and restaurants. The resort of Kiotari is a short drive away.
As well as being 150m from Kiotari Beach and 600m from the nearest centre, Princess Andriana Resort & Spa is 2.7km from the middle of Kiotari, where you can find places to eat, drink and shop. For a change from the beach, you can take a 6.3km trip to the historical town of Asklipio and explore its medieval ruins, Byzantine church and museum. Around 15km away is the scenic town of Lindos, with its narrow, cobbled streets and whitewashed houses. The hotel is 65km from the UNESCO world heritage site of Rhodes Town, where you can explore the ancient ruins and the famous Street of Knights.
The buffet restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a Greek and Italian theme twice a week. You can book a table at the a la carte restaurant, which serves Mediterranean dishes. There's also an all-day restaurant that offers light dishes during the day.
The hotel has a children's pool and a kids' club. It welcomes children between the ages of 4 and 12 years old.
The hotel has a nice poolare with lagoon-type pool as well as an own part of the beach with sun loungers and parasols to borrow.
Rooms have air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and a minibar. You can order room service, and there's a safe for your valuables.

"I would recommend this 5 star hotel and have booked again for next year"
We booked this hotel in 2019 but due to the Pandemic did not go on holiday until May 2022. It was well worth the wait. The hotel has lots of everything you would want. Good food including vegetarian options, rooms are lovely and spotless, staff friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Would like to thank Philip and Spyros at the Royal main bar also Konstantina and Arianna in the Medallion Restaurant for their kindness and friendly attitude which made the holiday even more enjoyable. We look forward to returning in 2023.
Not so much peace and quiet….
We visited the hotel in 2018 so had high expectations for our second stay. Thankfully we had chosen to book the junior suite with balcony, rooms located on the way to beach. This meant we at least had some peace and quiet. The hotel is now geared towards families and at times felt like we were in a giant crèche. Indeed, most evenings the lobby sounded like a crèche and was full of kids running/crawling about. On day two by the pool I found a used nappy underneath my sun lounger, not something that you would expect from a hotel that is marketed as luxury. Even the a la carte restaurant; where you would reasonably expect a peaceful and relaxing experience was far from it with kids crying and running around at 9:30pm. If you are a couple and want a relaxing break even if you book outside of school holidays then you still need to expect a high number of kids around. Unfortunately this spoilt what should have been a nice, relaxing holiday. On careful consideration despite still being a nice hotel with very hard working staff we will not be returning.
I would recommend and I would book again
After reading several reviews me and my wife was a bit concerned before arrival. It been nothing but absolute wonderful the issue with sunbeds doesn't exist ( plenty you could walk round at anytime of day and they were there ) FOOD was a big point lots people moaning about this but this really isn't an issue plenty on offer ( I do understand if your really fussy you gonna struggle a little bit but then you would book a self catering hotel) . I came here hoping to taste some Greek food on offer and that was there , there's plenty of other food on offer but if you have kids they might struggle to find food they like . Rooms are gorgeous ours was overlooking the main pool . The pool is 1.5 m deep all over (but not a problem for us) Entertainment poolside is there if you want it DRINKS LOL , To be fair all inclusive hotels are the same not very strong . Which is weird because you just drink more . I'm not a wine drinker because a bottle an a half at home ( uk) that's me gone . But not here 8 glasses three beers and I'm relax, but like I said all hotel are the same But a wonderful hotel and the staff can't do enough for you . It's been lovely so far 3 days gone 4 togo
