Facilities and services include wireless Internet access (only in public areas) , restaurants, bars, swimming pools, children's pool, gardens, conference center, meeting rooms, water slides, Jacuzzi (extra charge), sauna (extra charge), gym (extra charge), spa treatments (extra charge), kid's club, parking and 24 hour reception.

It also have lobby, assembly point, clinic, toilets, shopping center, guest relation office, towel center, sports and aqua center.

Rooms feature safe, TV, air conditioning, telephone, mini bar, balcony/terrace, hairdryer and bathroom.

In case of choosing the option of all inclusive:
The All Inclusive-concept includes all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks) and mealtime drinks such as soft drinks, beer, wine, water and alcoholic drinks, all of local brands.
Drinks are served from morning until late evening (approx until 22.-24.00 hrs).
Opening times vary between different hotels.
In certain hotels the activities program is also included.
