The peaceful smartline Lantiana Gardens is an apartment hotel in Protaras, a purpose-built, family-friendly resort on Cyprus' southeast coast. The sandy and shallow Fig Tree Bay Beach is a short walk away from the hotel, while there are other beaches such as Green Bay and Nissi Beach, famous for its beach parties and its shallow waters, just around the corner. The blue-and-white seaside-inspired apartments are light and airy, with plenty of space for quality time together. The smartline Lantiana Gardens has an outdoor pool set amid the lush greenery, with a pool bar close at hand. There's also a second shallower pool especially for children. When they've had enough of splashing around, kids can enjoy the large outdoor play area, with slides, swings and a trampoline to keep them amused and burn off some energy. There's a tennis court and tennis equipment available and an indoor gym too, for adult guests who are keen on an active holiday. In the evening, the hotel also provides entertainment for all the family several times a week. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available, with a variety of cuisines to suit a range of tastes. Between mealtimes, the cafÈ and two bars will help keep you fuelled. Alternatively, if you head to Fig Tree Bay Beach, you'll find plenty of bars, cafÈs and restaurants, both international and local, lining the seafront. The apartments also come with simple kitchen facilities so you have the option to whip something up yourself if you fancy a night in.
Staying at smartline Lantiana Gardens, you have three beaches within easy reach, mostly fine sand with some small stones. The largest and closest of the three is Fig Tree Bay, around 300m away and accessed via steps. Here the waters are shallow, making this an ideal choice for young families. There are snorkelling spots nearby, and water sports and boat excursions on offer from Protaras. The nearest shopping to the hotel is at Protaras Avenue, 200m away, with its small grocery stores and bakeries, as well as a few international chains. In Protaras there are also plenty of beach bars and cafÈs serving local and international cuisine. Slightly further afield, a 5km trip from the hotel, you can find Green Bay Beach. One side of the beach is flat and sandy, leading to shallow water, and is perfect for relaxing, while the other side is fringed by rocks and especially popular with snorkelers and divers.
There are two bars, one of which is handily located by the pool. Breakfast and dinner are served in the buffet restaurant, with dinner sometimes served · la carte. Lunch is also available · la carte. Beer, wine and soft drinks are available with lunch and dinner.
