“good adults only”

let me start by saying that rooms are on the small side so is the bathrooms but they are well presented everything you need and a large comfortable bed a really good shower. food is good salads are nice and fresh the meats are good quality with a variety of different dishes. you can book the Asian once a week the food is really good plenty of dishes to choose from breakfast and lunch are good with a choice of hot and cold food a special mention to Sana her smile brightens up your day drinks are branded and are really good so are the waiting staff Mohamed makes a mean whiskey sour the bar and waiting staff are brilliant always there to ask if you need a drink. the staff make this hotel nothing is too much trouble and all of them are helpful.

“Elegant luxury without the stuffiness- a perfect stay”

We have just spent a week here. The Cali Resort and Spa was excellent from start to finish .The hotel is spotlessly clean and elegant with out being stuffy. The entire team is amazing, and the attention to detail unmatched, you will never see an empty glass or dirty plate left sitting around.We loved that the management is so visible and happy to muck in with the staff. The food is superb across the board, and the speciality restaurant is absolutely amazing a true mirage of flavours. The pool area is gorgeous, and the rooms are comfortable and immaculately clean. We have never stayed anywhere where everything is flawless. We have visited the hotel twice which for us is unheard of ,but we feel so relaxed here and valued we will be back again next October. Huge thanks to all the staff for making this hotel special.

“The Perfect Honeymoon - An Absolutely Amazing Hotel!”

We stayed at Cali Resort and Spa for our honeymoon and honestly, it was amazing! One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at and somewhere we would most definitely return to. From start to finish, everything was fantastic. We had a partial sea view room, which was lovely. The hotel had left us a bottle of Prosecco in the room as a honeymoon gift, which was such a lovely touch. As we had a late flight arriving, they had also thoughtfully left us a platter of fruit and sandwiches. I have coeliac disease, so I had informed the hotel beforehand, and they had even made sure everything left in the room was gluten free. I honestly cannot praise the hotel enough when it comes to catering for coeliacs. Every single day, whenever we went for food, the staff already knew about my coeliac disease and would always ask whether I needed any help navigating the buffet. There were two chefs on duty (wearing black and red) who were absolutely fantastic. They would happily walk you around the buffet, explain what was suitable and what wasn’t, and even made me fresh gluten-free pancakes whenever I asked! They also had gluten-free pastries, pizza and pasta available on request. Desserts weren’t always suitable, but they would always have prepared gluten-free desserts ready for me if I asked. The Japanese restaurant, FIJI, was absolutely outstanding! We went twice during our stay and the food was incredible. Even the waiters had fantastic knowledge of what was and wasn’t gluten free, which made such a difference. As someone with coeliac disease, I’ve honestly never felt so safe eating out whilst on holiday. It made the whole experience so much more relaxing, and I can’t thank the staff enough. All the staff around the hotel, whether at the pool, restaurants or bars, were brilliant. Always so friendly, attentive and happy to help - they really couldn’t do enough for you! I also had two massages during our stay, and they were phenomenal! They are a little pricey, but definitely worth it and something I’d recommend treating yourself to! Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better honeymoon. The hotel, food, facilities and staff were all amazing, and the extra care they took to accommodate my coeliac disease really made our stay special. We would 100% recommend Cali Resort and Spa and would love to return one day! The only downside was the entertainment.. some nights we left the hotel and went to local bars on the strip instead.

“Short booking ,great choice”

This was not a planned visit as original holiday cancelled ,thank to Hayes found this gem ,everything about this hotel is fantastic .rooms,views ,staff ,amenities, food .So well looked after from start to end .Everything was just wow from servicing room everyday to meals and entertainment
