All-Inclusive:

If you choose All-Inclusive, your package includes buffet-style breakfast (07:30–10:00), lunch (12:30–14:30), and dinner (19:00–21:30). A selection of snacks is available at designated times between meals, along with a variety of locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10:00 until 24:00. Meal times are indicative and may be subject to change depending on the season.


Pools and Spa


The heart of the hotel is its large, lagoon-style outdoor pool, surrounded by plenty of space for you to soak up the sun. If you prefer to stay active, there is also an indoor pool which is heated during the cooler months. For total relaxation, visit the on-site spa and wellness centre. Please note that the use of the spa centre, including massages, beauty treatments, the sauna, and the steam room, may be subject to additional charges.


Beach


The hotel is situated directly on a small, rocky pebble beach which is ideal for quiet moments by the water. If you are looking for soft sands, the famous Blue Flag Coral Bay beach is within walking distance, approximately a 15-minute stroll or a very short drive away. Sun loungers and umbrellas on the public sandy beach are available at an extra charge.


Sport and Entertainment


You’ll have plenty of options to stay entertained, from a game of tennis on the floodlit courts to a workout in the well-equipped gym. “Dissapointing”

Mixed feelings but an honest review. We arrived around midnight and on first glance our room looked fine. However, in the morning we noticed sweet wrappers and a crisp packet under our bed. Walking on the floor barefoot left my partners foot dirty. The bath tub was dirty. We cleaned it. In 7 days, our sheets were not changed, nor the towels changed. There was hardly any entertainment. Half hour of bingo and 1 evening of karaoke in 7 nights. The food was was pretty good. It wasn't very hot but it was well cooked and variety was fine. Pool was very good and alot deeper than most which we enjoyed. The location is very very good and we had an end room so had great views of the pool and out to sea. I feel the management are missing such an opportunity with this hotel. Its in a lovely location but the housekeeping and entertainment are non existent.

“Poor/Average”

The hotel itself is OK, quite dated but kept reasonably clean. Rooms were clean but the bathroom was a bit grim, mouldy bath/shower. The shower itself was rubbish, low water pressure and the hose (plastic) kept twisting around so had to hand hold it. Food - very basic, never hot even if you're first in. I spoke to other people about the food who thought it was great and I honestly can't see how - it's always luke warm! I've travelled a reasonable amount and this is by far the lowest quality I've experienced. Poor variety unless you love salads and hotel cakes. Pool was ok, plenty of sunbeds. It was freezing (Oct) and very deep. Bars were the usual All Inclusive type - decent variety of cocktails and the staff were pleasant. Hotel shop was good, had all you would expect. No daytime entertainment team and hardly any evening entertainment. Don't be lured by the beach/sea you see from the hotel - it's rocky. I had a good view of it from my balcony and never saw anyone in it. I walked down to it but it's clearly not a usable beach. Good things - it's in a good location for the town bars/clubs/shops. It's a 15min walk to Coral Bay beach, which was great. Water was still warm compared to hotel pool and it was flat and sandy. Water was quite shallow for a long way out, so safe for little ones. There's a cafe, toilets and showers and a place to rent the usual surf/body boards. You can hire a sunbed parasol for 10 Euros a pair. It was a very popular location. Buses were 2 Euros a trip. Used them quite a few times to get around. In conclusion - location was good but wouldn't go back to this hotel.

“Very dirty and dated”

Really bad stay here, the rooms were really dirty, the bed linen wasn't changed in the 10 nights we stayed there and it was dirty everywhere! very very dated and broken things everywhere and there is NO BEACH as advertised, just some grass and pathway and lots of rocks with a big dropdown to the water. The entertainment was shockingly bad. Food was ok and some staff friendly but the worst hotel we have stayed in.

“25 night stay”

Excellent location for Coral bay strip and short walk to beach- the rooms are bright and clean Airconditioned - we had a balcony as do most rooms and the views over the pool to the sea where great day & night We were half board and food varied and delicious, the chefs are skilled and service 4-5 star

“Hotel has a cockroach issue. NOT A 4*”

We arrived at this hotel at 1.30am, the hotel lobby is extremely dated, we were given room 151, when we got up to the room through the lift which is like something from the shining, we opened our room to discover a plate with fruit, some sandwiches and a cake on which was nice, however we moved the plate and a cockroach ran from underneath. Not a good start. The bathroom sink wouldnt drain, the bathroom in itself was disgusting - the grouting in the tiles was black, the seals in the shower was black. the hairdryer had exposed wires hanging out of it, plug sockets with scorch marks on, rust on the bedside lights (photos attached) we asked to move rooms and were given room 155. when we walked in there was another cockroach in the sink in the bathroom (the receptionist seen this as she was the one who showed us to the room) we said we didn't want that room either we were eventually given room 157 which seemed slightly better, still very very dated but better. The food in the restaurant is warm, not hot so don't be expecting a hot meal at any point throughout your stay. the air con in the rooms is great when its on, however when its off you can hear the noise coming from any rooms around you having theirs on. over the course of the 7 nights we were there we had at least 12 cockroaches in our room, it was very uncomfortable to stay there but we had to make the best of it. i was glad to be coming home if i'm honest, i wouldn't return to this hotel if you paid for me to stay.
