Jacuzzu is extra charge 70.00 Euros for 7 days payable to the resort.(water - normal weather temp.) and a/c in the living room is extra charge 7.00 Euros per day per unit. “Not a luxury villa”

We stayed in Estia Villa 10, on arrival you could see it was in need of painting all over. Pool was nice but filtration system did not seem to be working, constantly cleaning the bugs, leafs and debris out of the pool. Hot tub was not a hot tub with any controls to heat up and had a panel missing where filter was, so was open into the pool, worst thing was it was green with algae and scum over the top. We had to get them to come and scrub it before we would even think about getting in it, (which they did, but next day was scummy again as there was no cover) We had numerous problems (missing utensils, broken shelf in fridge, broken toilet seats upstairs, no drawers in 2 of the rooms, burnt out prongs on plug on hairdryer, more importantly, there was a bracket for a fire extinguisher, but no extinguisher!) We didn’t complain to Agni while we were there (as we would not have been able to enjoy our holiday because it would have been constant complaints) we waited until we got home to contact Agni travel, this was only to let them know that they should go and check the property out (which they obviously hadn’t) and the mumbo jumbo AI response we got from them was ridiculous. We are frequent visitors to Cyprus as our mother was a Greek Cypriot and we visit to remember her where we scattered her ashes. We will always return to paphos and peyia, but needless to say we won’t be using Agni travel again after the response we got from them.

“Not a 4 star by any means”

We have just come back from Azzurro villas Athena no 8 , not sure what the other villas where like but this one is most certainly not a 4star villa as advertised by tui, firstly we arrived late no beds where made up on arrival and it’s shown and advertised as 2 twin rooms and a double , there where no twin rooms, and the furniture was not as advertised in fact it looked like it had new beds in and the bedside tables had gone and replaced by tiny iron things and not dressing table of any sort. The bathrooms where only a 2 star in my opinion the showers are disgusting limescale on the shower head shower door that wouldn’t close shower curtain that didn’t even reach the floor mildew round the bottom of the shower. Outside the hot tub was just water no chemicals in it to keep it clean, and the cats were drinking out of it. The so called grass area was just dirt and loads of cigarette butts all over it, and a broken sun bed and only one brolly between 6 beds, this is not what I call a 4star property.

“Great Place, would”

This is an absolutely fabulous place to stay! The villas are spacious, very clean and offer a great deal of privacy. Everything you could possibly need is provided, making it feel like a home away from home. The pool is impressively large, and the views from the property are breathtaking, adding to the overall serene atmosphere. A nice touch is that towels are refreshed mid-week, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout. The location is perfect—only 20 minutes from Paphos and just a 10-minute drive to Coral Bay, so you're close to plenty of attractions and dining options. Peyia Beach is just down the road, and I highly recommend snorkelling there, as the waters are crystal clear and full of marine life. Overall, this is a fantastic spot for a relaxing getaway, and I will definitely be returning! If I ha

“Do not book”

Booked with TUI and this Villa is advertised as a 4 star on their brochure and all I can say to anyone is do not book it, in its day it probably was a nice villa but as it is now it’s not looked after and it’s starting to show. First thing they should do is remove the hot tub out from the garden because it’s an absolute mess. The place looks like it’s had a slight update with the painting inside but it also looks like it’s been painted by a child, the cooker in the kitchen is damaged the tray in the fridge is damaged, air con unit is held together with sticky tape and plasters the cleaners who get the place ready need to retrained on how to clean and the swimming pool is an absolute disgrace. TUI need to remove this from the options as a place to book.

“Decaying rather than decadent ”

My girlfriend and I decided to take our first couples holiday together and spent a great deal of time searching Air B and B for a villa with a hot tub, however while there was a hot tub, it was empty and out of action for the winter, which was very disappointing. The welcome pack in the apartment describes an atmosphere of decadence and luxury. The villa itself has many brilliant features and when they were opened over 10 years ago I'm certain that they were luxurious. Sadly now they are not, however for minimal expense and effort they could be, The bathroom tiles need to be re grouted as they are surrounded by mould. The shower screen was disgusting and poorly fitted so the bathroom became a swimming pool each time we had a shower. One of the shower heads was broken and the bed was really quite uncomfortable. The property would benefit from new mattesses and a little updating along with a good scrub. I would warn anybody expecting luxury to look elsewhere.
