Melia Dunas Beach Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

Meliá Dunas Beach Resort is an All Inclusive beachfront hotel on the island of Sal in Cape Verde. It offers facilities for the whole family. The hotel consists of two parts; Meliá Dunas, which is closest to the sea, and Sol Dunas. Shared between these sections is a children's water park, and a children's pool with a pirate ship and water fountains. There are two main pools at the hotel, and a sun terrace in the outdoor area. Activities are offered here during the day. There's also a children's club, shared with Sol Dunas, which caters for children from 6 months to 17 years in different groups. The hotel's spa has an indoor pool, whirlpool and sauna. You can also have massages and beauty treatments here. If you want to pick up essentials or indulge in a little retail therapy, there's a small onsite boulevard lined with shops as well as bars and cafés. There are fourteen bars at the hotel, including seven pool bars, and there's evening entertainment on offer. If you'd like to explore outside of the complex, there's a shuttle bus service to and from the town of Santa Maria twice a day.
Meliá Dunas Beach Resort is a short walk from Algodoeiro Beach. Here, you can relax on the white sands and take in the views of the clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean. If you'd prefer to spend the day exploring, you can travel 3.2km to the nearest town of Santa Maria, on the southern tip of the island. You can grab a drink or a bite to eat at one of the many beachside clubs, or take advantage of the long shoreline and go windsurfing. Alternatively, 1.3km to the North of the hotel, you can take a stroll through the Viveiro Botanical Garden.
At Meliá Dunas Beach Resort, there are five restaurants and eight bars to enjoy. Two of the restaurants offer buffet and à la carte options, while the other two are purely à la carte. You'll find a range of cuisines, including Indian, international and grilled meat options.
At Meliá Dunas Beach Resort, you can work out at the gym or if you're feeling more adventurous you can have a go at various water sports.
The hotel shares certain facilities and pool areas with the hotel part Sol Dunas hotel. Among other these, a small water park with water slides and a large children's pool with a pirate ship, water fountains and two small water slides for the little children. Access to the pool in The Level has only the guests who booked double room type A.
All the rooms are air conditioned and decorated in a light and modern style. Each has a small fridge and a safe for valuables.
