Built in the heart of a volcanic landscape in Las Galletas. This is the sunniest area of the island, combining tropical vegetation with desert terrain. It’s in a great location too, just 24kms from the south airport, Reina Sofia and 80kms from the north airport, Los Rodeos, while the well-known Playa de las Americas is just 12kms away.

Rooms are equipped with a living room including two beds, complete bathroom, a direct telephone, satellite TV, as well as a safety deposit box (extra charge), kitchenette ( fridge, two rings, hob and sink) and furnished terrace.

A team of entertainers offer a wide range of sports activities during the day and will also organise shows, theme nights, coffee theatre, dances, contests, pistol and rifle shooting, archery, gymnastics and so much more. If you’re travelling during the school holidays, there’s a mini club for children between the ages of 4 to 12. This is where you’ll find Pali, our mascot. There are plenty of sports to get stuck into too, from an aqua gym to archery and table tennis. If you don’t mind paying a little extra, you can also try your hand at diving.

Food-wise, get ready to fill your plate with Mediterranean and international cuisine at the hotel’s buffet. Your meals will differ based on your board basis with All Inclusive, Full Board and Half Board all available.

This hotel is quite old and the rooms are basic but everything is perfectly functional and extremely clean. There is no AC which must be a problem in summer. All rooms have a balcony with table and chairs and the beds are comfortable. We had a studio room for 2 and there was a kitchette which was useful. The property is in need of some maintenance but if you want sun and cheap accommodation, this is your resort! The pool is wonderful (sun loungers are a bit rough). There is entertainment and the afternoon aqua-aerobics is great fun. The general location is quiet and a bit downtrodden but it is only 15 minutes from the airport and since its all-inclusive you don't have to go anywhere else. There are about 100 rooms. Reception is 24 hrs. Keys for your room safe cost €15/wk, wifi is free but patchy, take your own towels or rent for €7 each. The pool is amazing, very big, not heated but open all year around. Drinks are served at the bar during the day (from 10.30am to 10.30pm) and you can help yourselves at meal times in the canteen. Drinks in the bar are served in SMALL paper cups and you are limited to getting only 2 at a time (see photo). Meals are buffet-style and there's a lot of choice. Breakfast is fab-u-lous - best meal really, so fill up! There are cereals, fruit, yoghurt, ham, cheese, bacon, eggs etc, omolettes and fried eggs and pancakes made to order, cakes, churros, bread, toast, croissants. Butter, preserves, sauces, juice, tea, coffee, hot chocolate & various milks are all available too (see photos). There is lots of entertainment, day and night plus a massage and beauty gazebo beside the pool where you can book massages, manicures, pedicures, reflexology, reiki, waxing etc etc (price list attached). The best thing about this place is absolutely the staff. They are all polite, welcoming, friendly, fun, conscientious, helpful and professional. They have clearly been here a long time and know what they are doing. I recommend taking a walk to the nearest town (Las Galletas). It's 15 minutes and there are some lovely cafes and shops and a great marina (with a market on a Friday) .

The hotel was very nice, it is dated but clean, the beds were comfortable as was the pillow, food has plenty of choice, not the best quality but acceptable, man making fried eggs, omelettes for breakfast and meats in the evening on a seperate grill, all inclusive is a bargain, friendly staff, I think it is slowly being renovated so work taking place, very near a supermarket, not near a beach, Los Cristianos is the nearest which is a bus ride, the bus stops very near the hotel, easy to catch, quiet area, go down the road at the side of the supermarket, it's a lovely walk along the coast, lovely holiday at a bargain price, thank you.

HOLIDAY FROM HELL

This was honestly the worst hotel I have ever been in. It was so bad that we checked in and checked out within 2 hours. During check in the receptionist told us to keep our doors locked at all times, especially when we were in the room for our own safety. Myself and 3 girl friends felt so unsafe on the grounds, there were clearly permanent residents living there, who shouted abuse out of their windows. The room was disgusting, one of the beds was just the 2 seater sofa with a pillow on it. Other 3 beds were very thin (prison like) mattresses with dirty blankets on. There was mud all over the floor and bathroom, bugs in some areas. The hotel itself was also extremely run down, loads of tiles missing on the floor, making it very dangerous walking around. Before checking out we had a look at the buffet food, no other way to describe it other that foul, even the chips were green. Honestly the most horrible holiday experience I have ever had. Thankfully we were able to book somewhere else immediately and move. STAY Away
