Great hotel!

Really lovely hotel, when we booked it we wasn’t sure what to expect however love the fact that it’s adults only. We stayed in the normal side and it was lovely and we had a pool view with a nice big balcony. Stayed on half board and there was always good choice at meal times and the pool bar was great and not bad prices either. The room has everything you need and all hotel staff were friendly and really helpful. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and loved the fact it opened at 10am as give you chance to have a nice relaxing morning. It was my birthday whilst I was away and the hotel dropped off some wine and a card which I thought was really lovely and thoughtful as I didn’t mention about it being my birthday at all, so thank you!! Loved it and we will definitely be back. Thank you!

On the edge of Teguise.

The position of the hotel was ideal for us as we walk alot, it was at the end of Costa Teguise (north east ) so three minutes out and up the road you are in open land for miles. There is a good walk up into the hilltop hamlet don't think you can get a drink or food there ( only about 20 dwellings ). The hotel is ok with some neg's which are 1. can be a little noisy if you are in appartments near the entertainment room and bar. 2. Our apartments bedroom had damp on the celling (mould ) only noted when cloths smelt after taking from the mirror wardrobe. 3. The walking room between mirror wardrobe and the bed was a joke. All in all other than the above Siroco grounds and surrounding were very well kepted. Would we go there again Yes but have a better look at the apartment before empting our cases.

Rude reception staff and no curtesy room

Paid extra for Serenity side and luxury room,no different to the cheaper apartments when we looked on their website when we got home The pool was freezing definitely not heated and 10 fixed parasols in the corner for the whole pool area The snack bar was awful,the waiter looked like he didn’t want to be there and the food was cold and tasteless Asked about keeping our room on told to go and ask on day of departure told no we’re fully booked,which is fair enough but when asked about somewhere to have a shower told no we don’t provide that service and he was so rude Explained we’re out of our room at 12 and not getting picked up til 5.30 and he said no room and walked away,never stayed anyway where you can’t get a shower and with such a rude receptionist
