EXCELLENT HOTEL HERE NOW!!!

I would just like to say that my husband and I are here now and we have another 11 nights left. I like to tell the truth. The hotel is immaculate. The food it absolutely lovely, it has several nationalities and caters for all. The staff are hard working. Yes I have a encountered a grumpy one but hey ho! She may be menopausal!! The bar staff at the pool bar work so so hard and the drinks are great for all inclusive. It may not be branded but if you want that pay another £1000. The bingo caller is a hoot!! Can’t remember his name sorry. Speaks 10 different languages! The pool area is lovely for the children. Their is an adults only spa pool and you can chill if you want peace. The rooms are bright and airy. We just got the standard room but you can pay for a fridge etc. Water is on tap in reception if you need it. All inclusive is until 12pm. Food is available all day and a lovely snack bar if you don’t want the restaurant for tuna salad or burgers, hotdogs, chips etc for the children,Ice cream, cakes. The shows are been great too. Anyway I hope you all have a lovely holiday and be thankful that you can do this because many can’t.❤️

We loved it!

A fantastic all-inclusive week! We had a great room (we paid for a superior room) with views to the front of the hotel overlooking the town. As others have commented, it is worth paying for a superior room as they are higher up and away from the noise of the entertainment and music. Great to have robes and tea & coffee making facilities in your room as well as a fridge with water provided daily. The room was clean, bright and modern with really comfy beds. The hotel complex itself is large and does attract a lot of families with children and was fairly full when we visited, but there was a great adult only area with a plunge pool and jacuzzi which we used every day. I think the main pool would get quite busy and noisy during the day, but we loved the adult only section, and it was very quiet and got the sun all day long. The all-inclusive package was excellent, with buffet style meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food is prepared on each section by the hotel’s chefs so was always fresh with a good variety. I’ve seen some negative comments on here in regards to the food, all I can say is disregard them – the food we had was always fresh and tasty with lots of choice. This is the 3rd all-inc. trip we have made and by far the best foods . The salads are excellent and change daily so there is always lots of variety. The drinks package is great, you could help yourself to wine, beer and soft drinks all day long. The drinks package included cocktails and cava which we both enjoyed and the local beer is fine. The hotels animation team worked really hard and provided a variety of activities (not really our thing) but you couldn’t help but notice how hard they all worked. A great week, we’d have no reservations in returning to this hotel.

Don’t care for their customers.

Due to rule changes my passport was not valid for travel. Had stayed at the Waikiki before. We were refused travel so contacted the hotel to ask to change dates. Flat refusal! They are not interested in their customers, gave no other option, just took the £650 and washed their hands. The worst customer relations I’ve ever witnessed.
