“DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL”
The worse place to say in, the bar staff and and reception staff is the worse. It’s the first I’ve heard that you’re not allowed to sit in the tables outside provided by the hotel unless you buying something! I’ve never seen or heard this before, we’ve travelled so many places and have never experienced this!!! the only nice staff in this hotel is the poor cleaners, they’re the sweetest!!!

“Bad experience”
Very disappointing experience – definitely not worth the money Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was far from what we expected. From the moment we arrived, the staff were noticeably unfriendly and unwelcoming. Instead of making guests feel comfortable, we often felt as though our presence was an inconvenience. The beach was extremely dirty and poorly maintained, which was particularly disappointing for a hotel that promotes itself as a seaside destination. The breakfast was repetitive and lacked variety. After a few days, there was simply nothing new or appealing to look forward to. Even more frustrating was being asked to pay extra for sun loungers, despite the fact that they were clearly included in the price we had already paid for our stay. This created an unnecessary and unpleasant situation. The manager was especially disappointing — unfriendly, unpleasant and seemingly completely uninterested in communicating with or helping guests. His attitude gave us the impression that customer satisfaction was simply not a priority. Overall, the experience felt as if the hotel was doing everything possible to convince us not to come back. And unfortunately, they succeeded.

“So pleasant”
I had a lovely experience here. Staff were lovely and everything was easy to navigate. Television had Netflix and YouTube which I was very happy with. Definitely worth the money - Thank you hotel Zanzi!

“Good location, needs bathroom updates”
Hotel Zanzi has a fantastic location right on the promenade, making it easy to walk to restaurants, bars, and the beach. Our room was modern, comfortable, and nicely updated. Unfortunately, the bathroom was a big disappointment. The shower was dirty, the shower screen was covered in limescale, and the showerhead was broken. There was also constantly a lack of toilet paper, and we repeatedly had to ask at reception for more or take it ourselves from the cleaners' storage. Breakfast had a very limited selection, although the freshly baked croissants were delicious. Dinner was tasty, but the menu was exactly the same every day, which became repetitive. It was also only served for one hour, which we found far too short. The staff were polite enough but didn't seem very welcoming. There was very little interaction, and we rarely saw a smile. Overall, the hotel's excellent location and modern rooms were the highlights of our stay, but improvements in cleanliness, bathroom maintenance, food variety, and customer service are needed before we would consider returning.
