How can I make a payment?

Bookings made on or after 19th November 2024:
Secured your booking with a deposit? If you’ve arranged to spread the cost with a payment plan, currently, you won't be able to make any early/ additional payments towards your final balance. Payments will be collected automatically from your original payment card on the date/s scheduled on your booking confirmation.
If your payment is unsuccessful, we will attempt to take payment automatically for a further 2 days. If your payment has still not been successful, you can contact us via our online chat and we can arrange to send you a payment link so you can make payment using an alternative card.
Bookings made before 19th November 2024:
Secured your booking with a deposit or arranged to spread the cost? Then paying the rest couldn't be easier! Just log into Manage My Booking. From here, you'll be able to make a payment online using a card. The link to make a payment is found in the 'holiday balance'. Or, if you prefer, you can also pay with the help of our travel advisors via our online chat.
We accept Debit and Credit Cards but not American Express.
Please note: We'd never ask for you to use a BACS payment or for you to send us any money by a wire transfer service.
