Where can I find my flight reference?

Your flight reference can be found on your invoice/confirmation. This is not your Thomas Cook booking reference. Your flight reference is in the flights section of your Thomas Cook invoice and labelled Airline reference.

Airlines can sometimes refer to this as a “PNR”, if you need to talk to them at all. 

If you're having trouble using your airline reference on your airlines website, please check you’re using the right letters and numbers, as the letter I O Z can look like the numbers 1 0 and 2. The reference is a random selection of numbers and letters in any order, which can also be just letters.
