Puerto Pollensa is a lovely town set on Majorca’s picturesque north coast. As part of Spain’s Balearic Islands, it has a Mediterranean climate with hot, sunny summers and mild, damp winters. June is the beginning of summer for the town, and temperatures rise as the month goes on. This is a great month for relaxing on the beach comfortably and exploring the beautiful coastline that surrounds Puerto Pollensa.Averages
The average temperature is 21ºC in June, reaching highs of 25ºC in the peak of the afternoon. Although it’s not sweltering heat, you’ll need to bring plenty of sun cream with you. Things are pleasant in the evenings, when temperatures drop to 16ºC, so you shouldn’t need much more than a t-shirt or a light jumper for evenings out. Puerto Pollensa expects around 20mm of rain in June, so there’s only a small chance of wet weather. Instead, you can look forward to ten hours of sunshine each day, as well as the Mediterranean Sea, which is up to warm up to 21ºC this month.
