In November, most of India is dry and warm, with the monsoon season affecting the country earlier in the year from July to September. The hottest temperatures are on the beaches on the south coast, while the cities including the capital New Delhi are slightly cooler at this time of year.Averages
New Delhi is warm and dry at this time of year, with an average temperature of 20°C, highs of 27°C and lows of a cool 13°C after dark. With such big changes in temperature from day to night, you’ll need to come prepared with summer clothes and warm layers. Just 3mm of rain’s expected in New Delhi this month. In Goa on the southwest coast, the average temperature in November is 28°C, reaching highs of 34°C and lows of 23°C at night. Around 30mm of rain’s expected, while the Arabian Sea measures a bath-like 29°C.
