Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806

What's the weather like in Canada in May?
Canada is a vast country, with different weather from east to west, and landscapes ranging from beaches to mountains. May is springtime in Canada, so temperatures are generally quite mild, with some sunshine and rain showers depending on which part of the country you visit. Temperatures are quite similar in Vancouver on the west coast and Toronto in the east, while higher regions including Banff are much colder at this time of year.Averages
In Vancouver on the west coast, temperatures hover around 13°C at this time of year with highs of 16°C and lows of 9°C after dark. It can be quite wet at this time of year, with 70mm of rain expected during May. To the east in the city of Toronto, temperatures reach highs of 17°C and dip to lows of 10°C this month, while it’s slightly drier with just 30mm of rain forecast. Meanwhile in Banff, the weather can be much colder and more unpredictable with highs of 16°C and lows of a chilly 2°C.
