“When it comes to picking out your hotel in Las Vegas, check out the Flamingo!!”

Last week we had the pleasure of staying at the Flamingo hotel!! What an awesome location! next to the Linq ( a boulevard - no cars - like a walking street in Europe) Also next to Ole Red Blake Sheltons restaurant, across the street from Caesars and the Bellagio! The hotel / our room clean and updated a good haven whenn you want to leave the strip... A healthy and friendly atmosphere and a good price! We had fun!!

“Just a hotel”

Booked room type not available at checkin and not even the room rate difference was offered back. Make sure you request housekeeping at checkin if you want it, otherwise there is no service.

“Cancelled Room”

My flight was delayed and when I arrived 36 hours late I was told my room had been cancelled due to a no show even though I still had 3 days remaining.I was told they could accommodate me for 1 night which I’d have to pay for again, then they were fully booked thereafter, so they had clearly sold my room on. I decided to book at another property as I didn’t see why I should pay them again.Since returning my travel insurance has tried to get confirmation of the cancellation but Flamingo are refusing to give them this.I’ve stayed in numerous Caesars Propertys in vegas and feel our treatment was disgusting.I will never stay at another of their property’s.

“A bed bug was found in our room”

We stayed at the Flamingo Hotel, 3555 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, in Room 10062, from August 27–31, 2026. During our stay, my partner developed a widespread rash. On our final day, we found a live bed bug crawling in the shower area. We photographed the bug, documented the bites, and submitted a complaint to management; they said they would investigate. After checking out, we drove to Reno to meet our group and were supposed to share a room, but we ended up booking a separate room to avoid potentially bringing bed bugs to them. We also incurred unexpected expenses for replacement luggage, high-heat laundry, and pest treatments. The high heat damaged some of our clothes, and the situation caused considerable stress. I contacted the property after checkout on August 31, but initially received only an automated response. When the management finally responded, Flamingo later said its pest-control provider inspected the room and found no evidence of bed bug activity. I think the bed bug that we found magically appeared. The hotel offered a $113 goodwill refund and declined to reimburse our other expenses or provide further compensation. I have not received confirmation that the refund was issued, and it is not reflected in my account. This was a deeply stressful experience, and the hotel’s response has not resolved our concerns.

“Great Property Great Location”

Nice property and a great central strip location. Online check in was so nice and saved us from standing in line to check in. Rooms were spacious and clean and quiet. Reasonable rates. Linq Promenade with many great restaurants right next door. Bellagio and Caesars across the street. They have a monorail station which is convenient. Loved the Flamingo!
