“Poor AC, mediocre breakfast”
The AC in the room didn't work right. It didn't sufficiently cool the room, and the fan was stuck on one speed (and didn't allow the user to adjust between Low, Med, and High on the thermostat). Part of the problem may have been the hotel's lack of cooling in the rest of the building, which the room's unit couldn't counteract. I assume that they were trying to keep their costs down by not cooling the communal spaces very well. I wouldn't ever stay here again in the summer or when it's hot. Also, the breakfast options need an upgrade. It would be better to charge a few bucks for breakfast and offer higher-quality and healthier options. The only positive is that the staff are generally friendly and helpful, including the kitchen staff.

“Would definitely stay here again”
Great stay at this hotel. Room was very clean, beds comfortable, front desk was extremely friendly and check-in was efficient, the area felt safe, and the breakfast crew went above and beyond to make a complimentary hotel breakfast better than most hotels. The only negative were the overly soft pillows and if you get a room near the back of the hotel, you will hear highway noise, which could impact some people’s sleep.

“Best Hamptons Inn”
Probably best one I stayed in. Modern, very comfortable, good location. Has more amenities in their bathroom than some of the more upscale hotels I have stayed in. Only negative, across all Hamptons, is that AC unit so loud and even on low, blows way too much cold air.

“Comfortable stay, convenient to west side parks”
A friend and I stayed for 5 nights in mid-January. We booked two queens with breakfast included. The hotel is sandwiched between a medical office building complex, a La Quinta Inn and the freeway. It's a quiet spot, especially at night, and the freeway noise was no bother. It does mean you need to drive everywhere to get to food and shops (all within a 5-minute drive or so). The breakfast was above average with cooked omelets, waffle maker, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, carbs and a toaster, etc. The shower pressure was fantastic! The only thing that was annoying was that many of the ice makers were broken on the different floors. This west side of Vegas is a nicer area and felt safe. It's also close to the parks we wanted to visit (Red Rock Canyon, Spring Mountain Ranch, Mt. Charleston, etc.). I'd stay again.
