“Dealer”

“I Highly Donot Recommend This Hotel”

If you are planning to visit Las Vegas, then I highly do not recommend Excalibur Hotel & Casino. Excalibur is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. As soon as I arrived to Excalibur, I got lost because there were no staff available to show where the check in area was located. When I was finally able to check in and assigned a room, I felt very disappointed. I noticed how the lightings of the hallway were not bright enough which is not safe especially for those that have trouble seeing with dim lighting. Housekeeping did not throw away the garbage that was left near the door of the room that I was assigned in. When I entered the room I was assigned, I noticed that the bathroom floor was dirty, the carpet was not cleaned. There were two bottles in the refrigerator that I had to throw away and the lighting of the room was too dim. The worse part was that after having a long flight, when I wanted to go to bed, I noticed brown stains on the bed sheet. I called Housekeeping twice and they arrived an hour later. My credit card was also charged twice. Excalibur Hotel & Casino does not provide the service adequate for the price and the Wifi is very bad. The rooms are more like a motel than a hotel. On top of that, my sleep was interrupted more than three times due to guests on the same floor doing loud noises in the hallway. Excalibur hotel made my trip to Las Vegas the worse travel experience I have ever had. If I could give it zero stars I would for how horrible my experience was. I highly do not recommend Excalibur Hotel & Casino.

“Castle - more like a dungeon”

Check In was terrible. Room was dirty. Wall mirror broke off. Bathroom shower flooded. Rust on lamps. Minimal customer service. Gym closes at 6pm so if you're in town for a conference, forget staying in shape. Opened at 6am and was completely packed, equipment broken, and not enough signage.
