Kidrak Natural Park

To experience the true beauty of Turkey's spectacular Turquoise Coast, make sure you visit the Kidrak Natural Park. With its incredible scenery and picture-perfect beach, it's an ideal way to see more of the local area. The Kidrak Natural Park is just a five minute drive down the coast from Olu Deniz Beach.

You can take a water taxi there for a small fee, or if you're feeling active, you can walk to the park's beach in just over half an hour. Take in the stunning views out across the sparkling Mediterranean Sea on the way, and don't forget to take plenty of water. The main feature of the Kidrak Natural Park is the immaculate beach, which has a small entry charge.

As you set foot on the sand and shingle, you'll see mountains rolling down towards the turquoise sea on both sides. Quieter than Olu Deniz Beach, this is the place to come for a peaceful day in the warm Turkish sunshine. There's not much to spoil the tranquil vibes, as you won't see any banana boats or jet skis zipping around the bay. The water-based fun is limited to swimming and snorkelling, perfect for cooling off from the hot sun.

There are two cafes at the beach if you need some refreshments and an ice cream, while you can also hire a sun lounger and parasol for the day. After you've explored the Kidrak Natural Park and spent some time relaxing on the beach, head up Babadağ mountain and enjoy the breathtaking views back over the place you've just been.
