“Lovely Central Hotel”
We had a lovely few days here. The hotel is so scenic and green. Large comfortable rooms. A good sized swimming pool and separate pool table. There was a good breakfast buffet and wide selection of drinks and other food during the day. Just a 10 minute walk into the shopping and bazaar area with a host of restaurants. I’d go back again.

“Villa Konak best ever.”
On a trip to Kusadasi last year we called into the Villa Konak to have a look having walked past it a number of times. Straight away we were amazed by its ambience and the friendly staff. We booked for this year and stayed from the 16 June to 2 July. We were booked into the 'Iris' room which was impeccably clean and cleaned daily throughout our stay. The room was very spacious. The building itself was like stepping into old world Kusadasi which offers incredible privacy while being close to the centre. The hosts went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and were always available for a chat. The breakfast was outstanding and plentiful. To save the best till last we have to mention the staff.... wow! These were the very best staff we have ever encountered on holiday, so friendly, always smiling, so willing to help and just an absolute pleasure to meet. Returning is not an option, its a certainty! From myself and Liz we just want to say a huge thanks for an amazing holiday.

“Lovely quiet oasis in Kusadasi”
Villa Konak is a lovely welcoming hotel in easy walking distance to the bizarre and the port. Yet they are far enough away so its quiet. Lots of restaurants too. Villa Konak has a shared 5 o'clock tea, a nice swimming pool and verandah for relaxing. Breakfast was great too. Recommended

“Avoid this hotel, the manager is aggressive and rude”
I booked this hotel about a year ago through a third party, where I specified the children and their age. Well today we show up, a very pleasant lady checked us in and gave us a list of rules and was very nice to my youngest daughter giving her fruits from their beautiful grove of tangerines. We were looking around the garden with our bags in the room and everything when this man (manager/owner, don’t exactly know) approaches me and says “you can’t stay here”, I asked why and he said because my 3 children were under 12. I was so surprised but I wasn’t angry until he says “and you didn’t have the children in the reservation because it wouldn’t have let you book the hotel with them”. Now what do you think he’s implying here? That’s when I got upset, I told him I did and he said no. So then when I confront him about saying I’m lying he starts arguing with me instead of considering that there was some kind of mistake, starts actually yelling at me because he wants to say I’m saying he’s lying when I’m actually saying he’s saying I’M lying. I checked my reservation and everything was correct on my end. Apparently the booking company didn’t pass on the kids’ ages which is not my fault. I was actually going to leave considering everything some kind of error and he had to go and accuse me. And the thing is, whether I was lying or not, which I wasn’t, he should never accuse someone and instead should give them the benefit of the doubt because you never want to take the chance of falsely accusing a guest. By the way, his reasoning was because of the pool or some excuse about the kids being unable to stay, when we’ve stayed all over Türkye in several hotels at this point which had normal pools. He handled that extremely poorly and I’m baffled as to why he works in hospitality. In other reviews I have seen there are complaints about a “grumpy guy” and I can only imagine who that is. He also refused to give me any proof that he would cancel on his end just so we’d have proof in the event we we’re wrongfully charged. We had to book a room on short notice, it ended up being further away from the area and at that point I didn’t even feel like doing anything else. The hotel seemed like an oasis in an otherwise very busy and narrow street so if you still want to go, park in a garage close by. I would avoid this hotel just because of that man who lacks any tact. I can’t say anything else for service or state of the room because I wasn’t there long enough to rate that.

“Felt like a stranger”
Chosen this hotel, cause we love boutique hotels. The reason is we love sincere approach and find time to talk with staff. Unfortunately, these expactations never met here. All of the staff look tired and never cared about us. Location is good, but you may find other better options I tihnk.
