“Great hotel, wonderful staff”
We spent 4 nights here visiting sights including Ephesus and Pergamon, the location is great only a few minutes walk from Kusadesi which has lots of restaurants and an opportunity to walk by the sea which was lovely. The hotel has recently been refurbished and the rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. Despite the proximity to Kusadesi we had no problems with noise. The hotel is clearly focused on holiday makers and there were lots of amenities although we didn't really make use of them. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of food and fresh omlets, eggs etc. What particularly stood out was the staff, the lovely lady on reception who patiently explained the airconditioning to us (it really isn't difficult, we'd just had a long day) for a second time. Also excellent was the gentleman at the bar, Ender, whenever we went to the bar he was so welcoming - he lent us his phone when we couldn't work the digital menu and really made us feel valued as customers - his service really was a highlight of the stay.

Ok hotel not much food options for breakfast beds comfy pool wasn't busy at all at the time I came lots of empty spots to sit beside pool most staff are friendly

Elite World Kuşadası – Great Views and Wonderful Hospitality Elite World Kuşadası is a lovely hotel perched on a hill at the end of the marina, offering some of the best views in town. From the entrance, you’re greeted with stunning views of the marina, the Aegean Sea, Pigeon Island, and the cruise ships arriving each morning and leaving again at sunset. Most rooms enjoy sea and marina views, while others overlook the mountains. Check-in was quick and friendly, and I was fortunate to receive a complimentary upgrade to a side marina and sea-view room, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was comfortable, spotless, and cleaned daily. A special thank you to Nehtap, who always greeted me with a smile and kept everything perfectly refreshed. Tea, coffee, and two bottles of water were replenished every day, and the minibar was well stocked at an additional cost. The hotel offers both Bed & Breakfast and Half Board. Breakfast overlooking the pool and marina was a great way to start the day. I’d also like to thank İdris Bey and his team, who were always welcoming and provided excellent service, serving freshly made omelettes along with tea and coffee each morning. The outdoor pool is quite small, but there are plenty of sun loungers and the views more than make up for its size. There’s also an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, a small gym, and an excellent à la carte fish restaurant with beautiful panoramic views. The hotel doesn’t have its own beach, with the nearest being Kuştur Beach and Ladies Beach, both a short drive away. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to add more outdoor seating for the evenings. A few tables, comfortable chairs, and some soft background music would make it the perfect place to enjoy a drink while watching the sunset over the marina. Overall, Elite World Kuşadası is a comfortable, well-run hotel with friendly staff, excellent service, and spectacular views. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return.
