“I would pay more and go to another hotel if i was you.”
Cheap for a reason: Think twice before booking, especially with a baby! We chose this hotel because it is budget-friendly, but honestly, the low price cannot justify the serious lack of comfort, safety, and basic hotel discipline. If you are traveling with a family, you should think twice before booking this place. The Room & Shocking (no pun intended) Safety Hazards: We booked a room for myself, my wife, and our infant. Instead of a functional space, we were given one of the smallest and narrowest rooms in the entire hotel. The staff simply pushed two single beds together and crammed a baby cot inside. The room became so tight that we could barely push the stroller through. There was absolutely no space to move around normally. Even worse were the horrific and dangerous electrical issues. Because they pushed the beds together, the original wall electrical outlet ended up directly between my wife and me, right where our baby was sleeping. Having an open, exposed power outlet so close to an infant is unacceptable. Furthermore, the bathroom light switch was missing its protective plastic frame, completely exposing the live electrical wires behind it. The light switch near the balcony was also completely falling out of the wall, and I constantly had to push it back in myself to hide the wiring.Our 15-month-old baby could have easily put her fingers into these live wires or unshielded outlets. The hotel provided absolutely no solutions, so I had to go out into the city to buy safety plug protectors myself. Instead of relaxing, we spent our entire vacation constantly chasing our baby around the room to make sure she didn't get electrocuted. The All-Inclusive Water Scam: Never in my life have I experienced an 'All-Inclusive' hotel that charges its guests for bottled drinking water! During breakfast, lunch, and dinner, you can only pour water into cups from a dispenser. If you want bottled water to take to your room, you are forced to buy it at the bar, and they charge it directly to your room bill.The housekeepers only leave tiny, 150ml plastic cups of water when they clean the room, which is nowhere near enough, especially when you have a baby. If you want a normal bottle of water, small or large, you must pay extra. It is absolute nonsense to pay for an All-Inclusive package and then have to buy basic drinking water. The "Shuttle Bus" and Deceptive Beach Setup: The hotel claims the beach is less than a kilometer away, but it is actually well over a kilometer. Their promised 'shuttle bus' is a complete joke and a safety hazard. It is just an ordinary, old van modified to cram as many people as possible inside. I am attaching pictures so you can see it yourself. It has no air conditioning, and at times, they forced up to 20 people into a van designed for a maximum of 10 passengers! The schedule is highly unreliable. One afternoon at 4 PM, I waited for the van to go back to the hotel to grab something essential for my child, but it never came. When you finally reach the hotel's 'private' section of the beach, the disappointment continues. To be generous, they have maybe 50 sunbeds available for a hotel with over 100 rooms, making it almost impossible to find a free spot. Worse, this beach section has absolutely zero facilities—there is no shower to rinse off the salt and sand, and no toilet. Because of this awful setup, we were forced to go to a neighboring private beach for 3 or 4 days and pay extra out of our own pockets. On that paid beach, we finally got a large umbrella, a toilet, a shower, and actual green grass under palm trees where we could safely let our baby play out of the direct sun and sand. It is ridiculous that we paid for an All-Inclusive resort but had to pay extra elsewhere just to have basic beach comfort and hygiene for our child. I understand that i can't have palm on beach for this money but i expect to have at least sunbeds an shower whit toilet. The "Greenery" and Garden Illusion: Do not trust the official hotel photos showing lush green lawns and a perfect forest area for children. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was the promise of a green, shaded area where our child could run around safely at 11 AM when we returned from the beach to escape the hotest part of the day and avoid sunburn. The reality is completely different. While there is shade from the trees, there is absolutely no grass. The ground is dry, dusty soil that is literally harder than concrete. The only place they actively water and keep green is a tiny patch right at the hotel entrance to trick arriving guests. The rest of the garden is completely unusable for a toddler. We couldn't let our baby play there even once. Room Allocation & Zero Noise Control: We traveled with my wife's mother and sister so they could help us with the baby. When booking, we explicitly requested rooms next to each other or at least on the same floor. Upon arrival, they put us with the baby on the ground floor, and them on the 3rd floor. To their credit, after we complained, they moved them to the ground floor the next day.However, this opened up a new nightmare. The ground floor rooms are located right next to the lobby, where there is zero house rules or noise control. Every night between midnight and 2:00 AM, unsupervised children were screaming, running, and slamming doors in the lobby while their parents were either drinking at the bar or sleeping upstairs.I went to the reception twice to complain. The receptionist literally told me: 'I warned them, but nobody listens to me.' The staff has absolutely no authority or control. Another guest told us she had the exact same issue two years ago, meaning this is a permanent problem. If you get placed on the ground floor, may God help you get any sleep. Terrible and Repetitive Food: The food is incredibly repetitive. Breakfast is exactly the same every single day: eggs prepared in three different ways, the same cheap salami, and identical desserts daily 5 diferent cokies but all coverd in same sugar syrup. There is absolutely no variety.This was a massive problem for us because our child is allergic to eggs and dairy. For seven days straight, our poor kid was forced to eat nothing but hot dogs and salami for breakfast. By the fourth day, she completely refused to eat because she was so sick of it. The kitchen makes zero effort to accommodate basic dietary needs or allergies. Verdict: This hotel brands itself as a 'family' property, but they clearly do not care about safety, comfort, or the needs of parents with small children. It might look like a cheap deal, but the structural flaws, dangerous exposed wires, deceptive photos, horrible beach setup, extra hidden costs, terrible food, and chaotic nights make it a nightmare. Look elsewhere.

the food is disgusting. The hotel cleaning is very poor. We vacationed for a week. On the last day of our vacation, a Turk called the police on us. I hope they give him a fine for making a false call. We sat and relaxed, not bothering anyone. The police looked at the situation and left. The Turk was disappointed. Think a hundred times before going to this hotel.room clean normal.

“Where romance goes to die, and Ned’s refuse to mingle”
Arrived with visions of a romantic escape, only to be greeted by two twin beds practicing social distancing like it’s March 2020. Apparently, Flora Suites believes intimacy is optional and mattress separation is the new honeymoon trend. Reception at dawn? A spiritual experience. We were told to return when the manager awakens from their slumber. At 8am, we reappeared like hopeful pilgrims. The manager, channeling their inner shrug emoji, offered a zen-like mantra: “Try again Friday.” By Friday, we were ready to host a TED Talk titled “Customer Service: The Art of Doing Nothing.” Eventually, we were granted a double bed. No towel origami, no welcome sparkle—just two mattresses finally willing to touch. Progress. Bathroom: Time-Travelling to the Plumbing Dark Ages The shower looked like it had survived multiple centuries and a few plagues. Rusty fixtures, water pressure that alternated between glacial and geyser, and a temperature setting best described as “Arctic Surprise.” Shower before noon or risk hypothermia. TV: Static with a Side of Nostalgia Entertainment options included watching the screen try to find a signal. Every channel was a snowstorm—perfect if you’re into retro white noise or pretending you’re trapped in a 1980s horror film. Hospitality: Lost in Translation Unless you speak the local dialect or arrive with a flag from another nation, expect service that’s lukewarm at best. Brits? We got the “meh” treatment—somewhere between ignored and tolerated. Entertainment: Now You See It, Now You Don’t Nightly shows? Only if you count “every other night” as nightly. The kids club was a disco at 9:30pm—because nothing says child-friendly like glow sticks and sleep deprivation. Flora Suites Soundtrack: Groundhog Day with a Beat The music? A relentless loop of Russian and Turkish beats that could hypnotize a metronome. No objection to the genre—just the fact that it’s on repeat like someone hit “shuffle” on a playlist with one song. Lunchtime offers a brief escape into English-language nostalgia, featuring hits like “Stupid Cupid, you’re a real mean guy”—a lyrical choice that feels oddly appropriate. Sadly, it’s the only time the speakers remember the rest of the world exists. As for the DJ… let’s just say their playlist is stuck in a time capsule and their vibe screams “Windows 98 loading screen.” Someone please update their software—or at least their taste. All-Inclusive Drinks: The Mirage Bar Cocktails were advertised, but reality served up vodka, gin, and crushed dreams. Soft drinks included Coke, Sprite, and Fanta—served with all the enthusiasm of a bored teenager at a school canteen. Cuisine: A Culinary Journey Through Beige The food was a masterclass in monotony. Chips daily, pizza in two thrilling shades: cheese or “guess again.” Proteins rotated between chicken, meatballs, and turkey—all seasoned with existential dread. The salad? A roulette wheel of gastrointestinal risk. Proceed only if your stomach has a black belt. Spa Vibes? More Like Sewer Chic Turn on the tap and you’re greeted by the ghost of plumbing past. The sink exhaled a scent that could only be described as “post-apocalyptic sewage.” Air conditioning doubled as a leaky faucet. We reported it, but it remained a permanent feature—like a sad indoor rainstorm. Bathroom lighting? Think candlelit séance, minus the ambiance. The Pool: Eau de Stranger The pool had a certain… flavor. As if it hosted a convention for people who skipped showers and embraced the “natural oils” lifestyle. Two slides offered brief joy before plunging you into the mystery broth. The “jacuzzi” was a glorified puddle with one heroic bubble jet—working overtime to convince you this was luxury. Don’t let this put you off visiting Kuşadası—it’s a beautiful destination worth exploring. Just be sure to do your TripAdvisor homework before booking, and aim for accommodation closer to the town centre where the charm actually lives.

I booked for 2 weeks paid for a big room 1st night I was in the big room and in the morning they moved me into a little room so I have been robbed of money when I paid for big room nothing for my little boy to do he has to be in his pushchair all the time as it is not safe for him to be out because of the pool no one watches the pools no lifeguards, not that much entertainment on, for food breakfast is always eggs, salad or cheese other days for breakfast you get leftover cold chips The room is dirty they don't change the bedsheets or blankets my toilet seat is yellow the shower keeps leaking I reported it nothing has happened it was still leaking Some of the female staff warned me on the older male staff calling them perverts as they where talking to me Everytime I try and talk to them they say they don't understand me, the ramps are steep hard to push a pushchair up them the lift is always busy by people that can walk up the stairs, when people come up at night they are loud and we have baby's sleeping I would never go back
